Sapa 2D1N Tour with Vu - Very fun tour. Came here with my boyfriend and our friend and had a great time. We came at a wet time of the year so be prepared for being very muddy when you get back, but the views and trekking is 100% worth it. The homestay was lovely and our guide Vu had great English and was super informative and helpful in organising transfers and laundry collection for us. Highly recommend!

Great advisors Sù with beautiful passion and commentary - My guide was Sù she was phenomenal, took care of everything, and catered to all my needs. I highly recommend her, even though she is a local, she gave us a local experience and as foreign tourist things we may specifically would enjoy.

Lovely hike, recommend - I did the 2 day trek with Mu. She was a great guide and super helpful throughout the trek. We had beautiful weather the first day walking through the rice paddies. It rained our second day on our hike through the bamboo forest which made it much more difficult but I found it quite fun. Mu (and local women) was very helpful with folks who found the muddy conditions difficult. FYI for trekkers, if you’re helped on the trek by locals following, they’ll expect you to buy something from them at the end.

Comfortable walk into the village - Our tour guide Vu was great, she always provided her insight into the villages that we passed through and was always willing to answer any questions. The structure of the tour could do with a few tweaks in that there isn’t actually much walking time for all of the time taken to get to Sapa. The walks aren’t very hard on the body and day 1 is mainly downhill so not I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a serious hike as it is more of just a stroll through the villages. The day 2 hike could have been longer as we ended up having lots of spare time waiting for lunch, then for the bus back to Sapa and then for the bus back to Hanoi. The accomodation isn’t much of a “homestay” it is more of just a room above a restaurant/bar so you shouldn’t expect an authentic homestay experience but the accomodation itself was very adequate. Overall was a good tour and with a few tweaks could have been improved.
