Amazing experience - This Tour was amazing. With Mama zuzu we had a great Tour guide who Spoke english well and New a lot about the the rice and the Place. We stayed at her home for 2nights and we really enjoyed Meeting the family and eat together. The tours we made were quite difficult but That also depends on the weather. All in all we had a great time in sapa.

Exploring the best of Vietnam - Trekking in Sapa with Mama Zhu Zhu was probably the highlight of our 3 week holiday. She was a superb guide and the scenery was stunning. Manh from The Vietnam Real Tour was super helpful in arranging our trip and was constantly in touch via What’s App to ensure everything was going according to plan. He organised all our taxis and trains throughout our trip and everything went smoothly ensuring that we maximised our free time to explore Vietnam. Manh was super helpful on advising us about the level of tipping. I would thoroughly recommend him to book tours throughout Vietnam

A warm local experience - This is really a local and authentic experience. Mamazuzu's family is really warm and welcoming. They were really busy but still ensure that I am well taken care of. I was fetched by mamazuzu's daughter, Cat and she is really friendly and willing to share her knowledge abt her culture. Though it has been pouring heavily the two days that I have been there, which made the hike challenging but it was all fun. Would really recommend this tour to those who love culture and experiences.

Lovely local stay - If you are looking for an authentic experience at a homestay in a little village near Sapa with trekking through the beautiful rice terraces then staying with MaMazuzu's family is just the right thing. My boyfriend and I stayed for 3 days 2 nights and that was a perfect amount of time. We were picked up in Hanoi with a sleeping bus, broughtus to Sapa. Here Mamazuzu's husband took our backpackes on hus motorbike and we trekked with one of the daughters and the son through the beautiful landscape for 14km. We slept in a simple room and had lovely homemade food for dinner and breakfast. The two following days we spend trekking through villages and rice fields. Bring good hiking shoes. We loved the atmosphere and the stay was absolutely wonderful.

Best experience of my life. - I could write for hours about how amazing these people and this experience was. I was originally staying 3 days and 2 nights, but I ended up staying 2 more nights. Mama Zuzu and Papa Xuan were very hospitable. They’re always concerned how you’re doing. You can choose how much you want to help with things. I helped kill and clean several animals for dinner. I managed to come during a few special occasion nights so I got to meet their extended family. We did some treks to a nearby waterfall and through bamboo forests. While you you’re trekking, be sure to ask as many questions about their culture as you want. They’re very happy to tell you all about it. They have a small shower that connects to a sink. Low flow, but perfect for fellow backpackers who know a shower is a shower. Also a functional toilet. Then a room for you to sleep with a comforter. Yes the bed is a little firm, but I slept like a log every night. They’ll take you heavy bags by motorbike to their house while you’re trekking in. Anyways. 10 stars. I love this family, I’ll be back to see them.

One of our best tours ever! - Mama Zuzu and her family team were fantastic hosts - completely authentic. We learned about their history and lifestyles. The accomodations are simple but fine, and meals terrific. If difficult hiking is a concern, be sure to inform them ahead of time so alternatives can be found.

2 night/3 day trek - Mama Zuzu was the best hostess on my 2 night/3 day visit! We trekked about 4 hours each day in various terrains (paved, unpaved, flat, and sloped roads, some mud and water), which I did in sneakers. Mama Zuzu had rain boots (Wellies) which you can buy in Sa Pa but they can be slippery to walk in. Her family was lovely and the food was delicious. Accommodations are basic (separate sleeping room, toilet, and shower), but the location and view are worth the trek. Plus I met lovely French sisters who did a 1 night/2 day stay while I was there. So yay for travel buddies!

Great trip to Sapa - A friend of ours recommended Mr Manh for our trip to Sapa and we booked everything through him. Things were perfectly organised: we stayed for 2 nights with Mama Zuzu and she was an amazing host. She met us at the bus (which was also included), we had lunch together in Sapa and then had a long hike to her house (upon our request it was about 15km). Great family and delicious food. The bus was included and all went extremely smooth. Absolutely recommended!
