Luxury cruise - Was a nice experience, puck ip From the hotel in a luxury van and straight to the cruise ship. The ship is the nicest among all the ships. Feels So luxurious.

We were picked up from the hotel and taken to the destination we wanted to explore. The boat service was really good. - The service was top notched! The experience was memorable and my family and I had so much fun! We fully recommend their service!

Book it! - An amazing trip. Great value for money. The tour guide Ling was brilliant-really informative. Bus to the bay was very comfortable. Food on the boat was really nice. Boat had air conditioning. The speed board is worth the extra money. We heard someone complain that it wasn’t working properly but it was fine. It would have helped if his wife had taken her woollen jumper off!!

Enjoyable Halong Bay Cruise - We had a great time in this Halong Bay Cruise. Nam, the guide, was very knowledgeable and helpful. We had comfortable rides from hotel pick-up to the Cruise ship and back to hotel. We had a blast with the optional speed boat ride which took us much farther than Halong Bay. We visited the majestic and huge Sung Sot Cave and we were very impressed. Ti Top beach is small but it was enough for a short rest. Buffet lunch in the ship was a little chaotic as there was no order in getting food. The life vests that were available for all Halong Bay guests ( not just our group) were old and dirty. Overall, it was a full day of exciting activities.

Day trip on cruise in Ha Long Bay - Bus was very comfortable for this journey, guide was good and gave good information along the way, food on the cruise can be better, overall good day trip

Long day but has to be experienced - Long day long drive from Hanoi but 6 wonderful hours on the boat. We had a great guide who explained everything before it happened. I could have done without the oyster/pearl stop but had been forewarned by previous comments The caves were worth the steps and the walk. Food was plentiful. You had to pay extra for a speedboat ride but the kayaking and banana boat were free and relaxing. Fantastic views as the sun set

Stellar! - What an amazing day! Duy, our guide, went out of his way to make sure everyone in our group had a wonderful experience! The caves, the speed boat, and the beach were all beyond expectations! I greatly recommend this tour and this guide!

Halong bay - Stunning Halong Bay cruise: breathtaking views, excellent service, unforgettable experience! . Nice place !!!!!!!’

Hit and miss! - This was average; breathtaking in parts and distinctively average in others. Due to the over commercialism of this tour, it did become a bit "Disneylandish" with the number of people who were visiting and overcrowded in some areas. However, the boat was fine with just enough people on board and the vehicle was equipped with USB ports. The buffet was okay but the food was not hot (like most buffets). Staff on board were friendly. Take toilet paper with you as this was missing from some of the public restrooms. We were informed that single use bottles were not permitted onboard the boat so you may wish to consider this if you're intending to stock up for the trip. The views of the bay and cave were breathtaking but the last stop at the beach was overcrowded. The pearl tour was optional and you didn't have to partake in the same if you didn't want to. You can stop at the cafe for drinks and snacks instead of you so wish. The disco onboard was interesting as the songs did not play in its entirety and kept jumping to the next song but nevertheless, I was dancing! We returned to the hotel after 21:00 so it's a long day.

Obercrwoded mass tourism - Total overcrowded at all Destinations. Don't go in summer season, it's not worth it. I have never seen a beach that full. We were in long boat ques that weren't able to go to the cave, kayak, beach at the same time
