Bad experience - I booked this trip from Hanoi to Sapa. Firstly they meant to come at 7am then they change to 6.30am with a very short notice so my husband and I can't eat our breakfast. The driver Hong 29B-148.94 came to the hotel to pick us up. We about to sit in the middle row but he said the seats are reserved? My husband on clutches so best for him to seat in the middle aisle. When ask the guest if they have reserved those seats, they said no. There aren't enough rooms for luggage so one if our luggage have to be between the seats. Unfortunately, when stop for break , the luggage needs to come out so we can get out. Instead of the driver carry it out, he left without helping us and because my husband on clutches the guest have to help us Instead. We never have this experience before in Vietnam so we feel shock at this behaviour. He's very rude and unhelpful . Not just us who feel that but the rest of the guests feel the same too.
