1st time - First time in a sleeper bus. I was a bit nervous about feeling claustrophobic or getting car sick but it was fine. We made 2 quikstops a long the way. Just enough time to use the restroom and grab a quick snack. Was able to doze off for a bit. Good for a long drive but nothing over 5 hours . My husband is 6'2 and it was a bit crammed for him. But overall it was good, they made it very easy for us from pick up to drop off

Comfortable, Easy and Stress Fee Travel! - The bus was spacious and comfortable. We were provided with a bottle of water. There were USB ports available to charge electronic devices. We made 2 stops where we could use the restroom, and purchase food and drinks. We were picked up and dropped off right at our accommodations. The support team was quick and helpful with responding to questions. The entire process of booking was very easy and straightforward. It was a neat way to see the countryside. I would highly recommend this travel method.

Not that luxurious, but efficient. - Positive: overall good communication, and on-time pick up and drop off. To be improved: quality and condition of the truck. The trucks we were in were pretty used up, with pieces of the chair and ventilation system broken off. Also, in the back row, not very comfortable, especially when somebody in front reclines their seat directly into your lap.

Budget / uncomfortable option between Hanoi / Sapa - Pretty uncomfortable, but will get you where you need to be for a decent price. If you’re tall, there won’t be much legroom and you can look forward to a pretty uncomfortable 7 hours. The driver takes about 2hrs picking people up and then it’s a 5hr drive- great if you’re on a budget but otherwise would recommend a private- we did it on the way back and was much better. The tour operator says they stop twice but that’s a lie- they only stop once. The driver doesn’t know where you need to be dropped off so be prepared to show them on a map!

nothing luxury, just normal seat - The bus has 4 armchair seats, but the company sells more than 4 tickets so if you are the last to be picked and the 5th person you will end up with a normal seat. Nothing luxury about your trip!
