Tom and Jerry - best crew, best experience - Tom was amazing and so was Jerry. They both did a really good job driving and showing us around. Tom speaks excellent English and has a wide knowledge of Vietnamese history and the Ninh Binh region, which we visited. He catered to all our very needs and was always in high spirits! If i did the tour again, i would specifically ask for him!

Day trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi - Our day trip to Ninh Binh from Hanoi was fabulous. Our guide Hung was an engaging, funny and well informed on Vietnam history. The luxury van was well appointed and our driver was first rate. Hung kept everything moving along and very entertaining. The star of the show was the scenery. Out of this world mountains, rivers, hiking. Like everywhere we went in Vietnam the people and the food were very he best. 4 stars.

Fabulous tour of Ninh Binh - This tour was very well planned to give a complete experience of Ninh Binh. Tom, our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and provided lots of information about the area. He was professional and attentive at all times. The variety of activities was excellent from temples, cycling, a beautiful boat trip with stunning caves and views. Lunch at a local restaurant was excellent with plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

Ninh Binh - Tom was so sweet and caring throughout the whole trip. He took us to the best places. I would recommend to take two days for Ninh Binh if you have time, just to have more time during visiting the venues. The boat ride was a bit crowded depending on tourist season...

Ninh Binh tour - I strongly recommend this tour. Our guide Hung was very friendly and took great care of us. The scenery of Ninh Binh was spectacular.

Ninh Binh the best way - An excellent, comfortable and professional tour from start to finish. The vehicle was quite luxurious with large, reclining leather seats, good aircon and plenty of water supplied. Small group of 6 was perfect (although we had paid for group size of up to 12). Our guide. Alex, was outstanding. His English was excellent and he provided us with lots of interesting and insightful information about Vietnamese language, culture and the sights. He was very friendly and helpful. The combination of activities was just right. It was a hot day, so we were dripping with sweat after our climb up and down the 500 steps of Lying Dragon Mountain, but it was worth it for the experience, the views and the photo ops. Luckily they sold cold drinks (incl beer) at the bottom for some cooling refreshment. The bike ride was another highlight. Stunning scenery, peaceful, and relaxing - all on flat, quiet terrain, so a very easy and stress-free ride. Alex took some video of us cycling and later sent to us, which was much appreciated. We then enjoyed tea with a local old lady in her traditional house, which was also unique and fascinating. Shared lunch at a clean, spacious restaurant was more varied and delicious than expected - top class. The boats through Tam Coc, including 3 caves, was also spectacular (despite the heat). The tour company supplies its own blue life vests, which are much nicer than the bulky orange fluoro ones most other visitors were wearing. The process of getting on and off the boats was smooth and quick. Our final visit to the ancient capital of Hoa Lu was a meaningful and enjoyable end to our activities.
