Betel Leaf rolls are a must! - Daisy was amazing from start to finish. Wandering through the wet market to purchase some goods for the cooking class was fantastic. Daisy gave us a run down of produce that we were not sure of. We got to choose 3 dishes from Chefs recommended list. The Betel leaf rolls and Pho Bo were a stand out for us. Loved every moment, thank you Daisy 😊

Excellent food with Daisy and chef L - I took cooking class and it was fun. I was able to choose three of the eight dishes that I wanted by myself. Per minute, cheap rolls on leaves, well 💖 He went to the local market together and told me how to cook. Longgan fruit as a gift. More than anything, the food tastes great! Funday with Daisy - We had a great time learning and cooking typical Vietnamese food, I highly recommend taking this class, first you are taken to the market to buy the ingredients and return to the restaurant where the chef teaches you a class and prepares along with the 3 dishes of your choice, Daisy the Guide was very friendly and patient with us thank you very much

Exciting Market trip and cooking class - Absolutely my best day in Hanoi. I very much enjoyed going to the market with Kitty, what an amazing experience from,l fresh fruits, veggies, livestock, spices, house hold items. We stopped along the way for traditional bfast and snack. Kitty was very knowledgeable and kept answering all our questions. After grabbing fresh produce, we took part in cooking the meals that we chose from a listing that morning. We then ate the prepared food and treated to coconut coofee afterwards. A def must do as Kitty provides tips on where to buy local snacks or anything you need.

We are full and satisfied! - We had such an amazing time at Hoang’s cooking class! The staff were all so kind and helpful, thank you especially to Kitty and Noah for your guidance and all the great chats! Highly recommend this class for the great vibes and delicious food!

Great cooking class! - Great cooking class! I was alone in the class and Daisy was great company and had great conversations. She showed me all the local food at the food market and helped translate everything the cook L was doing. I really enjoyed it :)
