Too much walking - The tour was good and Samuel Li was excellent, very pleasing, friendly . Our main complain was failure to notify this was a walking tour, with over 20,000 steps involved. Some or our group had to quit halfway as they were unable to walk that long. This tour can easily be structured to provide a car/van to transport people from site to site, with less than half walking. I believe Viator should be more clear and specify the amount of walking required.

Great option to know HK beyond the main attractions - My wife and I took a cruise which departed from HK and got there a few days early to get used to the time zone… Cosmo was assigned to us and we were lucky to get him… he is very knowledgeable of the area and has unmatched service attitude

Awesome local experience - It was my fourth time in HK and can honestly say that I didn’t expect to make new discoveries. Samuel was fantastic and entertained us with many stories and shared insightful perspectives about the history, sights and everything in between. The stop at the local restaurant was a delight, as we got to try some local delicacies.

Fantastic Tour with Excellent Guide - My daughter And I thoroughly enjoyed our day with Angel, our guide. She was the perfect guide as she has a lot of personal and family connection to the city and its culture. The route she chose for us was varied and interesting. It was a very full day, but didn’t feel at all hurried. I would advise anybody visiting Hong Kong for the first time to take this tour early in your visit if you can. I really enjoyed wandering on my own through the city and revisiting many of the things that I had seen with Angel, with the new appreciation for their significance. Very highly recommended!

My 2020 visit to Hong Kong - I did this tour with my wife and two adults children. Adrian, who was our guide during our day long tour, was a young but very knowledgeable person. He walked us through several local streets and temples, giving us a good flavor of what life is in HK these days. We used public transportation, including a ferry ride in the afternoon. BTW, we did not suffer any incident related to the protests that have been affecting the city in recent months. We had lunch in a local and nice restaurant. Overall, we confirmed that this type of tours is the best way to explore a city and to go beyond major landmarks.

Great Hong Kong walking tour! - Edward was a great guide he catered to all my interests and worked
around my tine constrain. He pointed out amazing facts about HK and
made and effort to highlight lots of culture and facts that you can
learn with a local person. His choice of a lunch place was
great...simple and fascinating at the same time. I would definitely
use Edward as a guide in HK again.

Better than the standard shore excursion!!! - We met Eva and she was super! She gave us the best tour for the day! Please use her as she has insider information for you as a tourist. My only suggestion is for the company to let us have the guides information in advance to confirm activities. If we had this in advance, we would have been able to more customize the tour. That was out of Eva's hands.

Worthwile - Worthwile but expensive. This trip gave us a nice ‘different’ view of hong kong. We mainly visited the south of the island which gives a different view of hong kong. A nice & friendly guide ! Thx Cosmo 😊

Disappointing - I wasn’t going to leave a review, but since I’ve been prompted to 4 times now I will let you all know my tour guide stood us up. We had a long layover in HK and wanted a guide to help us make the best use of our time and with no warning, Adrian did not show up. The meeting spot was about 45 minutes from the airport, we showed up and waited a good 30 minutes, contacting him multiple times, and nothing. We later found out he bailed due to “personal reasons” and did not offer an apology. This was incredibly disappointing as we only had one day in HK. We made the best of it, but I wouldn’t book with this company. :(
