Sweet & Informative Driver - Beautiful tour. The recorded information was good, but the driver's additions made the trip. I wish I had his name to thank. We toured 6/3/24.

Victoria Hop on Hop Off Bus Tour - We decided to take a shuttle to the Empress Hotel from the Ogden Cruise Terminal. Best bus tour. We got to see the city and we stopped at the Empress Hotel for pictures and stopped at Grenville Island to shop and eat lunch.

An amazing bus experience! - Aaron our driver was very courteous and very friendly and very knowledgeable! Truly a wonderful experience! When in Victoria take this tour with Aaron as your tour guide!

Memorable experience! - This was an efficient way to see the city in the limited time we had. Victoria is a beautiful city, hope to return someday.

Interesting and comfortable - Interesting facts about Victoria sites. Enjoyed Brad's knowledge of the city and his positive attitude. The bus was comfortable. Would recommend to anyone who comes to Victoria.

Waste of money - The bus drops off and picks up once a hour, so it’s not really a hop on hop off. Once you get off you can’t get back on for another hour, which was very inconvenient. We hardly used it for that reason. If you want to stay on and take the whole tour that is the only way I would recommend it. We sat on the top of the bus which was nice, but it was sometimes hard to hear the narrator.

Disappointed - We have taken the hop-on hop-off bus on vacations for many years without any problems. The experience this week in Victoria, British Columbia was extremely disappointing. We made the reservation for four individuals with the expectation that the bus would meet our cruise ship along with the other 15 busses in the parking lot as on previous trips. It was not there and none of the port guides knew anything about it. We finally found a guide on the street who told us we had missed the last bus of the day. The reservation information did not say the office closed at 4:30 pm and the last bus stopped near the cruise port at 5:06 pm. We disembarked from the ship at 5:15 pm. We waited until 6:06 pm when the bus came to our city bus stop. The driver was very helpful. He allowed us to take the remaining portion of the route. The tour ended downtown, so we had to pay a taxi to take us back to the cruise port. We wasted $169.96 in this frustrating experience.

Worst hop on experience EVER!!! - This was the WORST hop on hop off tour I’ve ever done and I’ve done them all over the world. They did not say anywhere in the ads that the bus ONLY leaves from the main station once an hour and only hits each stop hourly. We missed the first stop by 10 minutes and had to walk to stop 5. We missed stop 1-4 and would have had to get off at stop 1, wait for 1/2 and hour, and then get back in to see stop 1-4. When we did get on at stop 5, the bus only had 28 total seats that were covered. Since it was pouring down rain, they were all taken, so we had to stand - functionally making it impossible to see out of any of the windows. We got off in stop 10 and just walked around in the rain. It was better than standing on a bus and not seeing anything. Worst money I ever spent. They should be ashamed of themselves.
