Confusing Logistics/ Needs Better Instruction - This is a great feature for exploring the city and important monuments. It was very difficult to find the exact meeting locations and larger signage and instructions should be made available by the company. I signed up for the Rome and Milan experience and was never able to use the Milan experience because despite asking around the site location, I was unable to find the bus or see a bus within the vicinity. This was very frustrating and disappointing which caused me to rank this lower.
