Amazin trip - Moussa and his team were great. They made sure I had an amazing experience. Went only as fast as I was comfortable with. Very patient and very friendly. Took videos and pictures for me on my cell. Would definitely recommend to all!!!

Amazing experience - Thank you Tonsy and others for this amazing experience! I loved riding with these people, we felt so welcome! If you are unexperienced, they show you how to ride. Also they take good care of you and try to make sure you are having a good time. How they serve the food afterwards - it feels like coming home to family. The only small thing that was an issue for me is that the horses did not comply to European standards. They were on the skinny side and they had some small wounds on the location where the saddle is supposed to be. Nonetheless I know for sure that these people treat the horses well, reason why I give 5 stars!

Amazing hurghada break - Amazing guide. Horse ride to desert followed by Red Sea. Little chilly in the am. Guides are conscientious if you are not a professional horse rider

Perfect holiday - As a couple, we still enjoyed our time at a resort. This is because Sinbad still offers opportunities for a couple like massages, competitions at the night entertainment, doing a sheesh, a relaxing pool (away from the children) and separate restaurants which is away from the loud buffets. I highly recommend Sinbad for couples, even going alone. Hopefully, they will be seeing you soon:)

A holiday for everyone - Honestly, i’m so glad we went to this resort. I wouldn’t have wanted to go anywhere else at that time. We are arranging to go back this year, which i’m looking forward to. In September, i went there for 11 days. Most that time was spent in the resort and i was never bored. I highly recommend this place, especially on a family vacation.

great holiday - first time at this hotel and we wasnt dissapointed . the staff couldnt do enough for you and its lovely and clean .the food is lovely nice and hot . just have to watch when you open food warmers as some of them are very hot . . we we met a lovely couple and done a few trips with them the best one was the submarine . book with man from the dive centre .very good price on all trips .would defimnatly go back ...

nice suprise - Just returned from a 11 night stay here and was pleasently surprised, staff very helpful and polite, rooms a bit dated but clean, pools spotless but as unheated very cold at this time of year although this did not stop people from using them, the food was ok always hot and not a bad choice, it would be nice if there was some ice cream or sauce for the desserts. I would highly recommend the sinbad submarine trip, book through the dive centre, for a very good price. there are 2 hotels here and the sinbad club has it own restuarant and bars it is also where the entertainment is, there are also more pools. The beach is very good and there are 2 bars and snacks are avliable. If you use the italian restuarant then i suggest you do not have the pizza,s. the hotels also give different colour bands to different nationalitys don,t know why they should do that. if you fancy it there is a kfc and mc donalds that deliver to the hotel, just ask at reception. would i go again, most likely.

Recommended - This hotel was recommended by friends for its friendly atmosphere,staff approachability. We had a relaxing few days and will be looking forward to returning later this year when weather gets warmer. Wide choice of restaurants on site allowed for varying choices of menu. On site entertainment team were available with plenty of opportunities to participate,no doubt as season gets busier with more holiday makers they should all have a great time.

Bad experience - We had not enjoy it at all. They weren’t listening to us, we were saying for like a hour that we wanted to go back to the transfer so we could go back to the hotel. The men that was with us was not speaking english so he was just saying “yes yes” and did his own thing. We were also just with us 2, 2 girls. It was not nice to do this excursion. They were also forcing us do to things that we don’t wanted to do. They were just don’t listening to us.
