charming Houston (above the sky and underground as well) - It is such an unforgettable experience. Vanessa, our tour leader, is very knowledgeable and highly passionate about the history, architecture and intricate details of the underground loop system. It is a well-organized tour with excellent pace and interesting stories in between. We have this tour with visitors from local and international travelers, each one of us learned something interesting and it is engaging. We hope city of Houston has more people like Vanessa who show their passion for this incredible city and its charm.

Do, how many up to these elevators go? - Vanessa was both professional and engaging. I completely enjoyed the tour. And, like most Houstonians, my local host has not been in the tunnels! The fun facts and tidbits we learned about each building was worth the price of admission!

An unexpected wonder - We did not expect a marvelous engineering work of art like the Houston tunnels. In addition, Vanessa, our tour guide, was simply excellent!

Tour the underground with an amazing tour guide - Another huge two thumbs up for the tunnel tour and especially for our tour guide Vanessa!!! The tour was interesting, with a good mix of information about architecture, history, human interest stories, food suggestions and a look at what makes the Houston underground tunnel system so unique. But Vanessa really took the experience to another level. She texted us prior to our arrival to ensure we knew where to meet her. While walking she spent a few minutes making a personal connection with each participant. She offered to take pictures and even brought a Texas flag as a prop. I was impressed that she knew almost everyone we met in the tunnels. After the tour she texted us with further suggestions of what else to see and where to eat. Don't miss this insider look at Houston, highly recommend.
