Great and generous experience - Di was a great hide and the driver really good too. Generous tour with many places to discover and the food at the restaurant was delicious too. All was well arranged and Di handled the big group very well although it was a mix of locals and foreigners. My personal opinion is that it would have been better to have one language to handle as it creates a lot of waiting time while translating and answer questions, but that’s me. Overall, very nice experience and generous. Strongly recommend!

Having lunch and... - Having lunch and interacting with fellow guests. Our guide was informative, as expected, but also quite accommodating considering the neat record heat during our day trip.

A day full of experience, not just historical tour. - I booked the trip last minute. The operator was helpful and picked our group from a hotel that was not on the route. In one day we saw and experienced many different things. Local pearl industry and local cosmetics on the way to Hue, than 3 stops to visit the sights in Hue and scenic ride across the mountains on the way back. Well worth the price. We did the trip on a very hot day but is was manageable, the minibus was nicely air conditioned and every stop was just long enough. I reccomend to anyone who’s interested to learn about the area.

Best way to discover Hue with limited time - I enjoyed this full-day trip to Hue. The territory is larger than expected though, so one might instead of the tour decide to go to Hue for two or three days. As a part of a trip to Vietnam with limited time this trip is a wonderful chance to get an overview on what Hue has to offer. I must highlight the lunch included which one way above average. Our tour guide gave nice input and made the group get familiar with each other so that it was also a nice socializing event.

Exciting trip ! - It's great that these 3 attractions are all recognized by UNESCO as world cultural heritage sites. The first destination was the mausoleum of Khai Dinh - the 12th Emperor of the Nguyen Dynasty. What impressed me most in the mausoleum were the details assembled from thousands of pieces of porcelain, porcelain and glass - combining them into extremely fine paintings. cunning. Lunch at the restaurant is typical dishes of Hue people, diverse dishes with very delicious flavors - suitable for my taste. Continue moving to Thien Mu Pagoda, an ancient pagoda located right next to the romantic Perfume River. The tour guide tells about the history and introduces in detail the locations in the Imperial Citadel of Hue - one of the largest-scale works in Vietnamese history. This place is quiet and fresh, making me want to stay here forever. I found this trip experience very worthwhile, everything from the people, the food, the weather to the tour guide were all great! Please try and experience it!

Read before booking! - This company blatantly lied about the tour and what was included and what wasn’t. To start the layout was confusing. We booked on viator, and there it said we were going to ba na hills, golden bridge, and hue city all in the same listing. We were slightly confused and thought maybe we just drive past or stop by real quick at the bridge, since it says it’s included in the overview section. Seemed like it wasn’t possible to do all the things listed but it said in the booking it included it. We didn’t go to ba na hills or the golden bridge, but that’s not even why we felt the need to write a negative review, as we felt that it probably wasn’t true that we would go to both anyways. There’s a lot of things this company doesn’t tell you about this tour. Like the fact that you get back past 7pm instead of 5/5:30. Like the fact that you spend an hour making 2 stops at affiliate stores to try and get you buy stuff. They rush you at all the sights but don’t rush you at all at these shops. Like the fact you stop at a dragon boat that’s not included and costs 100,000 vnd/person and if you don’t pay you sit at a coffee shop waiting for the group to finish. Or the smaller things like you get one 8oz water bottle provided for an 11 hour trip, every activity I’ve done that says water is included has a few cases for the group. Or that they promise an “excellent English speaking guide” when in reality our guide spoke very basic English and any intermediate level questions/interactions had to be done thru google translate. Our guide was very sweet and did a great job, but the company screwed her over by blatantly lying to everyone on the bus which made all the guests angry at her even though she couldn’t control any of it. I thought maybe it was just us and we maybe weren’t paying full attention/our booking was wrong. But all the parties on the bus were annoyed that they were lied to and booked thru different sources than we did, so it’s not an us thing it’s a company thing. We tried to get the tour managers number so we can contact them about our experience, but the company doesn’t give the tour guide the managers number, we have to give the company our number and the manager will “reach out”. They didn’t reach out yet, which doesn’t surprise me given our experience. Luckily we didn’t have plans that day, but other passengers had dinner plans they had to miss or later flights that they were potentially going to miss cause they planned around a 5pm return instead of the past 7pm return they got instead. I’m shocked this tour has ratings this high to be honest. Every party on our bus was annoyed that the company lied about the itinerary, so I don’t see why it would be different for any other group. If the company listed the real itinerary we definitely wouldn’t have picked this tour and I feel like most people would feel the same which I feel is why they chose not to list the real itinerary. I definitely recommend booking with another company or finding another way to visit. That way you can just go straight to the sights and spend more than 15 minutes at each one. Or just use the 11 hours hanging out in Danang city which would also be a better use of time.

It’s a shopping tour - They picked me up at 7:45 but we arrived in Hue 11:30am. Almost 4 hours trip because they stopped in 2 shops for people to buy pearls and oils. We arrived in the peak hot hour and the visit to the Palace (the most interesting thing to do there) was very quick and unpleasant. The lunch was also very bad. Not recommended!!!
