beautiful salinas and purmamarca - I was lucky enough to meet some guys on my trip to Salta who were going on this excursion, and I joined their group... I loved the salt flats, it is a salt desert, incredible. The landscapes that can be seen there and along the way are spectacular. I also really liked purmamarca. This place is worth knowing. Thanks to the agency for the good attention they gave me, I felt safe the entire trip. And thanks also for the walks in Mendoza!

We enjoyed the tour, and... - We enjoyed the tour, and the guide had good English and knowledge of the area. We did have a small mishap as one of the individuals joining the tour missed the bus in the morning. We were told we'd wait five minutes (on the side of the highway) for them to arrive by cab. We probably waited closer to 20 minutes and had another delay at a police checkpoint. Overall the tour was good, but I would have preferred not lose about 30 minutes between the missing tourist and the police checkpoint. These are already long days to go and return, and you don't want to waste more time sitting in a bus. If it weren't for the delays, this tour would have been excellent.

Manipulator - disrespectful customer services - For those who are interested in the word "trekking", please do not sign up. Because this did not happen. The tour itself was well conducted by a kind and knowledgeable guide. Very well organized throughout the day. The day for me went smoothly and was pleasant until I realized my itinerary was different from other participants. No one out of 15 participants was signed up for trekking. I asked my tour guide and he did not even recognize I signed up for something different, and advised me to make a claim to the original tour company I purchased the ticket for. I explained what happened: no trekking after all and realized I paid triple the cost of what other participants paid. I whatssup'ed them but they told me they refunded 20 USD. I asked why it happened (coz I really don't care about the money but more end to end experience). However the answer I got was utterly disappointing and unprofessional - "We understand and apologize! We will also issue a partial refund. We hope that next time you will be more satisfied with our services" Put the blame on the operator who did a fantastic job and did not know what I signed up for. I don't blame what happened, but I am extremely disappointed with how they handled it afterward. Please do not sign up for this company. Period.

MUST READ! 400% Markup on This Trip! Save Your Money and Read This! - DO NOT BOOK! This travel agency is stealing your hard-earned money and time! I found out the hard way, after taking their tour and speaking with several other passengers, that this travel agency is charging nearly 4X what this tour costs. What’s more, is that they’re doing this with all of their tours! Save your money and time and book directly with the travel company they use, Nordic Travel Argentina. A quick google search with their name will reveal their company and they’re charging a mere $37,000pesos/$37USD to do this tour and MANY MORE! Nordic Travel did a great job for the tour, only after this vendor blindsided us and swindled us outside of Viator’s platform, and used WhatsApp to tell us that they had to cancel our initial Salinas Grande tour and then conned us into buying a cheaper tour at a HIGHER cost! Book direct with Nordic Travel and save the hassle and hardship of having to deal with this middleman and paying over 4 TIMES the cost of what this tour is really worth. Plus, you will directly support the local company that actually runs this tour by booking through them directly! :)
