Phenomenal - The spa experience was amazing! The body scrub was phenomenal and the massage was the best I ever had. Wonderful time to relax. I would have went back if I had more time!

Highly recommended spa treatment - I'd highly recommend this spa treatment. Upon arrival, I changed into swimwear and then used the sauna and steam. I then went into the hamman for the scrub treatment, followed by a refreshing drink, hot tub and wonderful massage. The experience lasted around 1.5 hours plus a shared transfer.

If in hurghada do NOT miss this - The whole thing was a wonderful experience, the feeling afterwards cannot be explained. Started with a sauna, followed by a Turkish bath, then body scrub, mineral soak, jacuzzi and amazing massage all superbly professional in beautiful surroundings. Don't miss this, at the price it's unbelievable

Best spa experience to date !!! - The best spa experience I have ever had !!!! Excellent value for money!!! The driver picked us up from our lobby and took us to the spa . The treatments were so good I particularly enjoyed the full body scrub and the massage. I would recommend attending this spa and I would most certainly return ok my next visit.

Quite OK - Treatment was good but not a place of peace. Far too crowded. Massage and hamam were good. I wouldn't book it again though. Transfer was okay.

Save your money! - Save your money! It is chaotic, painful and not relaxing! We didn't know what was going to happen next when we were picked up at the hotel. It was pure mass processing. 10 minutes in a salt cave that smelled of feet, 10 minutes in the sauna, 10 minutes in the steam bath, then a shower and then 10 minutes in a jacuzzi. The hammam afterwards was not relaxing because I kept getting foam and water on my face. We had booked a peeling. We were rubbed with a white stuff. I asked several times what it was! It turned out it was coconut, which I'm allergic to. I had red spots and it itched so much! Then 10 minutes in a relaxation room and then got the most painful massage of my life. I was more tense than before! We were still in our wet bikinis and were asked intrusively for tips and almost followed! It was just a waste of money and exhausting..

Avoid. - Never I ever had that much of a bad experience in a spa. The staff were arguing beside the relaxing zones. I had to leave the sauna to ask them to whisper. They were also talking out loud during the treatments. I had a switch of therapist during my first scrub ?!?!. We were receiving all the same treatments in the same time. I had the feet of an other customer in my hair as we had to lay down in pack. Other customers were also speaking loudly/screaming in the "silence" area when we were receiving the massage: nobody were asking them to whisper or keep silence. It says 3h. The treatment was less than 1h30. Everything was bad about this experience. I arrived to this placed relaxed and left that place stressed out.. this is not normal. I do not recommand this place.
