Great day trip! - This trip was by far one of the best day trip. The entire trip was good but the glacier hike was the best part of the trip. We took several days trip(4) during our stay which were all good however our guide (Micah?) was the best guide that we had. He was extremely knowledgeable, down to earth and made everyone feel comfortable on the trip. He was also very safety focused and just an all around good guy. He definitely was an A+ tour guide.

Trip Highlight! - This tour was the absolute HIGHLIGHT of our trip. We were so fortunate that it was only our group of 2, another pair, and our guide, Pawel. We were able to spend a little bit more time at each stop given the smaller group, and it honestly just felt super personal. I never knew that being rained on by a waterfall would be so exhilarating. A big shoutout to Pawel for being so knowledgeable and fun to be around for the long day. He was also super generous in taking pictures for everyone to ensure we had the best shot. Would highly recommend this tour.

Great Southern Tour with Walter - We toured with Walter and had a great day. Despite the weather, he kept us entertained and educated. Also, he offered great tips at each stop. He even got the rain and wind to stop by the end of the day. The waterfalls and glacier were "awesome" and the black beach was both incredible and powerful. This was our second tour with Nice Tours and our first with Walter, and we highly recommend both. Ice ice, baby!

Solo Traveler - Highly recommend - Went to the south coast. Walter is very friendly, a lot of information to share. Loves being a tour guide, and helped make the experience unforgettable. Mika is also great, went to the Golden Circle with him. These guys truly love their country and sharing its beauty with you.

perfect for solo travelers - Filip was a knowledgeable tour guide but absolutely DELIVERED as the dj. There was a perfect song pairing for every stop. I thank him sharing his story and sharing so many facts about Iceland. It’s really apparent he adores the country and that reflected on the tour. I appreciate my group for being on time allowing us to have a day packed with different stops. Highly recommend this tour.

Absolutely Amazing views - Christina was very communicative about pick up points and made the trip memorable and amazing by keeping us engaged during the entire trip. She improvised the trip to suit the weather of the day and sequenced the view points accordingly. I would highly recommend this trip.

Almost Perfect - My South Coast tour with NiceTravel did not have a good start. I was at the designated bus stop at 8:15 (for 8:30-9:00 pickup). When the van arrived around 8:45, I identified myself to the driver/guide, who told me that I wasn't on his list and to wait for another bus. Fast forward to 9:00 and I was still waiting. I called NiceTravel who told me that my driver was on the way. At 9:30 I was still waiting at the bus stop. I called NiceTravel again to inquire about my pickup. Turns out, I was supposed to have been on that same van that arrived earlier. To NiceTravel's credit, they immediately dispatched another shuttle to pick me up and we managed to catch up to the group at the first rest stop about an hour away from Reykjavik. The guide/driver Kristof introduced himself and immediately apologized for his mistake during pickup. From that point on, it was smooth sailing, and Kristof was a fantastic guide throughout the day. He told interesting and fun stories as we traveled to each site. The pacing and time we had visiting each location worked out really well. Although I had been to many of these same sites in the past, it was wonderful to see them again after so many years. Overall, NiceTravel is a good company to plan your excursions in Iceland. Kudos to the fantastic customer service; they turned what could have been a disappointing day into a fantastic one for me. I would have given 5 stars if not for the snafu at pickup. Hopefully, what happened to me doesn't happen to other travelers in the future. Attention to details is important!
