Excellent Option from Airport to Hotel - Super easy to set up through Viator. The driver was waiting on time as planned. Excellent communication from the transfer company. Would highly recommend.

Perfect mode of transportation to hotel from airport - Driver was courteous and friendly. He gave us information about the area on our drive in. On our arrival to hotel, helped us with luggage.

Our driver Halli was... - Our driver Halli was waiting as promised at the airport. Assisted us with our luggage and delivered us to our hotel timely. He was helpful, patient andvery knowledgeable about Iceland and its surroundings. We would highly recommend this service.

Taxi Private Transfers - Upon arrival we did not see anyone with our name waiting for us. We walked the surrounding area twice a Then asked someone with a Grayline shirt who then pointed us to a kiosk. After about 10 mins of checking in the computer and and looking around with all the other pick ups, a gentleman came to us and said he was standing "right over there". He was friendly enough and we were all on our way. When we got to the car, it was a taxi. If I wanted to purchase a taxi am I would have just hired a taxi. I guess be careful when saying "private transfers" because a taxi is exactly that and I can't argue with that....😆 Don't expect black car service -I just though for $186 USD each way we would of at least got that... Amhar, our driver was super nice and helpful. He provided us recommendations to eat, visit and we spoke about how much he and his family loved living in Iceland. The reason for 3 stars is the expectations of meeting us with our name and the taxi -other than that it was fine.

Reykjavik airport - Total chaos, long queues everywhere, having to wait at security as not enough plastic trays..... Nearly missed the flight so, come in plenty of time. Never again.

Refund needed but denied same day - We booked this since it had options to pick up at hotel .. but it forced you to go to a public bus 30 min across town.. I cancelled within 3 min of booking when I saw this, but they refused to give me money back since I booked after midnight.. need a refund for 6

None. It was a nightmare.... - None. It was a nightmare. Will not recommend this company. Neither Viator or Grayline were helpful. Our flight was delayed. Missed the connection. Tried to call both continues to inform them about the delay. Neither were helpful.
