Highlights
  • Saragarhi Memorial Gurudwara - The gurudwara was built in memory of 21 valiant Sikh soldiers from the 36 Sikh battalion who fought to their last breath to defend their post on 12 September 1897 in Saragarhi, located on the north-western border (now in Pakistan).
  • Katra Ahluwalia - Jalebia wala Chowk: This roundabout is named after a sweet shop that has been operating since 1956. In this old sweet shop, they make sweet dumplings called jalebis, one of the famous sweets of Punjab state.
