Fantastic bromo experience - Incredible experience watching the sun rise over Bromo. Be warned that it will be cold and you will be outside for HOURS—dress as warmly as you possibly can! Great driver who was very willing to take photos of us. Cool to share the experience with someone else from the hostel too. All because of Vinda who got this arranged for us last minute! We cannot thank her enough <3

Great trip to see Mount Bromo! - Our trip to Mount Bromo was such a great experience. Martine helped us customize the tour to our needs, as we wanted to start in Malang, skip the sunrise, visit Bromo and Madakaripura, and then end in Surabaya. The tour is quite a unique experience, both the volcano and the waterfall are quite spectacular. Communication before the trip and even during was excellent. Part of our group changed their mind at the last minute and they wanted to end their tour early. Martine was so helpful in arranging additional transport, despite the very late notice - I really appreciated this. All in all, would definitely recommend this company for trips around the area.

Bromo & Ijen perfect tours from Malang! - The trip was perfectly arranged by Helios, accommodated by a private car and driver Mr. Budi who stayed for the whole trip and knows all roads and places by heart. The night before the tour we stayed in the Shelter hostel Malang, above the tour office, exceeding all expectations. During the tour we could use hotel Ijen view which was also great, including a large swimming pool, while maintaining a decent price! The driver went out of his way to ensure us a great time, finding the less crowded spots and giving us some looks at some additional places including waterfalls, coffee and kruidnagel plantations. Thanks for having us!

Very nice trip to see Bromo mountain - Positives: Pick-up was on time The driver was skillful (I wouldn't drive there myself) Great views from locations we visited during the tour The driver was really helpful and suggested to make several stops to take pictures Negatives: Lunch included in the tour was horrible. We had a chicken soup in a no-name cafe on the way back. It was the worst meal we had during the trip.
