Nice trip - We went off the ship and the bus was right there. I normally prefer small tours but this worked out fine and we got to see some of Wales, and the tour guide was funny

A wonderful way to see North Wales in a small group - We had a lovely shore excursion in late April (30th). I am afraid I cannot remember the drivers name but he was humorous, informative and a great driver guide. Unfortunately we had some rain especially at Carnarvon Castle but it didn't detract from the day. There was beautiful scenery especially our backroad deviation, lovely villages etc. Would thoroughly recommend the day trip.

By far my favorite shore excursion - Our narrator Peter and our driver were both excellent. The bus was comfortable and the weather was perfectly clear so we were able to go up Mt Snowdon. I would highly recommend Busybus and this tour if you're ship's port is Holyhead.

Awesome, full day of interest. - Amazing trip, our driver and guide went out of their way to include as much as possible in the way of information about the areas we travelled through, also added some extra sights and stops. It was a great day all round. 10 out of 10 for this company and highly recommended this trip.

Shelly was excellent! Best tour we did in UK - We spent over 2 weeks in the British Isles and this was by far the best thing we did. The driver Shelly was so good and Wales was the prettiest place we saw in the UK. Shelly was interesting and stopped at many great spots for photos.

Wonderful experience - Just finishing up our tour with BusyBus in northern Wales and feel compelled to say we had an amazing experience. We were able to quickly locate our tour guide Shelley after arriving via tender from our cruise ship. We were incredibly grateful that they recognized our ship was delayed in getting us to shore. The tour was supposed to start at 9am but our ship took much longer to transport us than originally quoted and we arrived at 9:20. This is our first time visiting Wales and the scenery is breathtakingly beautiful. I questioned whether it could compare to Ireland and it most certainly did. Shelley and Phil (our driver) took us to a couple of hidden gems for photographs that had no other tour buses. Shelley was super fun, knowledgeable, and offered to take everyone’s pictures which is so nice being that most of our pictures this trip have been selfies. For some reason we had to miss Betws-Y-Coed and instead spent extra time in Caernarfon. Not ideal but sometimes these things are out of our control. We enjoyed having time to shop, eat, and enjoy a beer while there. The hours flew by on this tour since we enjoyed it so much and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Holyhead by cruise ship. I can’t imagine the tours through the cruise ship being of equal value.

A lot to see in a single day! - Shelley was the best!! We felt like we had a lot of stops in a single day. She had a lot of knowledge on Wales and answered any questions we had. We were even a half hour late due to shuttle issues and she still waited and made sure to still hit every stop.

Good experience - Well-organized. Appreciated friendly guide and driver. Very informative and allowed us to explore on our own at each stop.
