An Amazing Experience - This was a fantastic tour. Our guide Raphael was so fun. He was a wealth of information and certainly knew his way around the sights and the best way to utilize our time. We saw so much and learned so much. This is a long tour but well worth it. We went home very happy and exhausted😃

Jesus is still alive thanks to the narrative of our tour guide Rafi. He's well worth taking a trip with. - Rafi was pur your guide and was a fountain pf knowledge about the life and death of Jesus. The different religious groups that have to co-exist in the same area, the history that framed the tour. It was an amazing long day but worth it. We stopped for lunch after visiting the Holy Church of the Nativity. We sampled local salads and a rice and baked chicken dish. At the end some of the braver group tried Israeli coffee with cardamom; not for everyone!. Rafi made the hours go by fast and made it fun and very informative. He speaks multiple languages which was helpful for our Spanish couple on the tour. He was a great crowd controller when other tour groups started pushing in front of the group and almost crushing us in the effort. He's a good guy to have around. Our driver was incredible. His ability to turn and negotiate the tight curves and narrow roads was nothing short of a miracle. One small negative, we were asked to pay for bottled water on the bus. For the money we each paid for this tour I felt it should have been provided free of charge and felt insulted when asked for payment when reaching for a bottle.

See all main sites - What an experience. Yaniv was an amazing guide. His depth of knowledge & his life experiences blend into an extremely informative day. The additional guide in Bethlehem was also wonderful, friendly and informative. Lunch was good quality but a bit pricey. I would thoroughly recommend.

Crazy October 2022 - I went to the 2022 tour. I’m sorry cause I can’t remember the name of our tour guide, she was really really awesome! But most of all patience. I think we were the worst tour group could exist cause some peolple got missing, even though she explained 7 times the instructions. People were just difficult to lead. She told us to wait outside the church, we wait like 1 hour cause people were missing. Everyone thought that they were inside the church and maybe it was too crowded for them or something but noooo! They went shopping!!! We didn’t find them at the church, we were walking to the bus and then they were… eating and shopping. She smoked like 3 cigarettes in one shot at some point and I feel her. When I get myself in unbelievable situations, I just need a cigarette. It was craaaaaaaazy! Hope she forgives this group :( I hope she reads it and finds it funny now. You were amazing

Fantastic Tour with Excellent Guides — Highly Recommend! - This tour was incredible. Spending only one day in Bethlehem and Jerusalem is daunting because there are so many places to see, but, when you have a guide like Yaniv, it’s not only possible, but it’s so enjoyable. Yaniv was a phenomenal guide—personable, knowledgeable, hilarious, and kind. He truly went above and beyond, letting our group stop at (far too many) local shops along our routes and taking us on local short cuts that allowed us to skip lines and see more things in less time. Make sure you’re well-rested before going on this tour, because it’s a long one, but it’s so worth it. Our driver, Abu Isa, was also amazing. The Mercedes shuttle was spacious, air conditioned, and very clean, and Abu Isa was always ready for our group whenever we would leave a spot to head on to the next. We never had to wait for our ride a single time the whole tour because Abu Isa was always ready for us. On the whole, this tour is amazing, perfect for those who have a full day to spend and want to see the highlights of Jerusalem and Bethlehem while also having time to get a taste for the local culture. Make sure to ask for Yaniv and Abu Isa!

No political opinions please! - Tour was ruined for me by our guide, Rafi, and his constant derogatory and negative remarks about Arabs, Palestinians and the governments of Gaza and the West Bank. He made tasteless jokes about the violence. His bias and prejudice were clear. Arabs, Palestinians, and their government were bad and Israel was good. This was a religious and historical tour and not a venue for him to give his OPINIONS of a complex and nuanced situation, all of which he presented as facts. I respect that he is a Jew living in Israel and has an experience I can only imagine. My point is that he should stick to the historical facts and keep his opinions to himself, especially when so VERY biased. The worst was at the tomb of King David when he accused a woman who was speaking to us from AskNoah.org of being an "extremist Jew," which she was clearly not. He interrupted her and was very rude. Not to mention that all of the women in our group were listening to her until he came over, clearly angry. Made a very poor impression. Your company is taking a big risk that someone on a tour may really take offense and it could create a very ugly scene. He gets three stars because he was friendly, knowledgeable and organized a very long day very efficiently. Keep your opinions to yourself and stick to what people are there for.
