Istanbul ePass - We found the ePass really useful and easy to use. The guides were informative and helpful. The groups were around 20 people on the tours we chose. The what’s app group is very helpful and get back to you very promptly regarding your queries. It is a very good way of skipping the queues and having a guided tour.

Glad I purchased the pass, and outstanding customer service - I was happy with my 5-day purchase. Before making the purchase, I wondered if I would make it to enough attractions to get my money's worth. Their guarantee was what convinced me to do the purchase. In the end, I did come out ahead, and therefore the purchase was worthwhile. I found that during the 5 days, I made an effort to see several attractions, so having the E-pass kept me focused on making the most of the visit instead of just wandering around Istanbul. The customer service was extraordinarily responsive to the chat messages, responding within just a few seconds. Once you activate the E-pass, they set up a group chat with you and the other agents. I did encounter problems generating QR codes - the system would say I needed to be at the museum or site to generate the code, even though I was already at the site; no problem, the agents promptly created the necessary code. In one case, they called my phone on WhatsApp and spoke with the local ticket person directly. My only frustration was details about meeting points; this information was tucked away at the bottom of the guided tours timetable and not always in the attraction information page. Accordingly, I had a couple close calls to get there on time, but customer service chat support always came through. For events that included a shuttle pickup at the hotel, these came through without any problem. The tour guides were very personable and delivered good presentations. What I liked was that they were orientation presentations, allowing you to continue to visit the location at your own pace afterwards. You have to pay attention to the tour times as they are different every day.

Perfect experience - I absolutely recommend taking an e-pass, it made everything easier and my whole experience better and more enjoyable. First you will be very happy to skip the waiting lines and the guides are so so so nice, respectful and very helpful, they explain everything and make you enjoy the historical sites better. And even the amount you pay is a lot less then what it would’ve cost you if you take every ticket alone. They’re are very reactive on whatsapp and very patient with explaining where to meet the guides the times of visit etc. It was a perfect experience for me (a girl visiting alone).

Bev Australia - A bit confusing at meet up point as so many guides there. I took several of you e pass trips unfortunately you could not move from 1 to another smoothly so we could see as much as possible. Also the time for the archeological museum was to late in day. With no other options. I ended up having to go back to Topaki palace and paying for a visit due to being unable to get in with your tour, due to electrical power outage. Considering the palace is mostly empty rooms now, with no furniture etc to see how it would have been. But on a high not the other sites and What I did see was interesting, amazing the knowledge history you have at your fingertips is just wonderful to see it being presented and protected.
