Departure from Istanbul or Antalya or Bodrum to Pamukkale - Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Laodicea Tour - Overnight at Kusadasi

Istanbul - If you would like to start this journey from your hotel in Istanbul, we will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to Istanbul airport for your flight to Denizli.

Denizli Çardak Airport - Upon arrival at Denizli/Cardak airport, another driver will meet you at the exit gate of the arrival terminal and transfer you to Pamukkale town. After meeting your guide and other participants, you will begin the full-day tour of Pamukkale, Hierapolis & Laodicea Ancient Cities.

Antalya - If you prefer to start this journey from your hotel in Antalya city center, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Pamukkale, which is approximately three and a half hours from Antalya.

Bodrum City - If you prefer to start this journey from your hotel in Bodrum, we will pick you up from your hotel and drive you to Pamukkale, which is approximately three and a half hours from Bodrum.

Hierapolis & Pamukkale - Highlights of Hierapolis include the Necropolis, Roman Baths, Domitian Gate, Latrina, Oil Factory, Frontinus Street, Agora, Byzantium Gate, Triton Fountain, Cathedral, Apollon Temple, Plutonium, Theater, and Antique Pool (swimming fee not included). You can also take photos from the best spots in Pamukkale.

Pamukkale Thermal Pools - After visiting the Hierapolis Ancient City, you will have time to take photos from the best spots in Pamukkale. You will have about 60-75 minutes of free time to explore the natural beauty of Pamukkale and swim in the white travertine thermal pools. Then, meet your guide again and start walking down the travertines without shoes and socks.

Pamukkale - You will have lunch at a local restaurant in Pamukkale town.

Laodicea - After lunch, you will continue to Laodicea Ancient City. Excavations have revealed artifacts dating from 3500 BC (Late Chalcolithic) to 3000 BC (Early Bronze Age). The city was named by the Seleucid king Antiochus II after his wife Laodike in the 3rd century BC. Later controlled by the kings of Pergamum, it was willed to the Roman Empire and thrived from the 4th to 6th centuries. It is also one of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

Kusadasi - After your Pamukkale, Hierapolis, Laodicea Tour, we will transfer you to your hotel in Kusadasi.

Kusadasi Castle - This small, picturesque Byzantine fortress stands on the causeway-connected Guvercin Adasi (Pigeon Island) and has recently been renovated. There is no visit to this place on the tour. You can visit it on your own after we drop you off at your hotel in Kusadasi.

Ephesus & House of Virgin Mary Tour - Flight from Izmir to Cappadocia - Overnight at Cappadocia

Kusadasi - After breakfast, we will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 08:30 AM and depart for your Ephesus & House of Virgin Mary tour. Please check out from the hotel and take your luggage before departing for the Ephesus tour. We will transfer you directly to Izmir airport after the tour.

Kusadasi Gazi Begendi Park - Before driving to the Ephesus area, you will stop at Gazi Begendi Park (Hill) to take photos of the stunning Kusadasi Bay.

Meryemana (The Virgin Mary’s House) - Your first visit will be to the pilgrimage site claimed to be the last home of the Virgin Mary. You will be captivated by the natural beauty surrounding the monument.

Ancient City of Ephesus - Your next visit will be to the Ephesus Ancient City, one of the most important harbor cities in the ancient world and mentioned in the Book of Revelations as one of the seven churches. Highlights include the Celsus Library, Temple of Hadrian, Fountain of Trajan, Odeon, Agora, Fountain of Domitian, Hercule Gate, Grand Theater, Nike, and Ancient Toilets.

Selcuk - You will stop at a traditional Turkish restaurant for lunch.

The Temple of Artemis - The next stop will be the Temple of Artemis, first built during the Archaic period and one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport - After your Ephesus & House of Virgin Mary tour, we will transfer you to Izmir airport for your flight to Kayseri.

Kayseri Erkilet Airport - Upon arrival at Kayseri airport, we will transfer you to your hotel in Cappadocia.

Hot Air Balloon Ride (INCLUDED) - ATV Quad Bike Safari (INCLUDED) - Overnight at Cappadocia

Cappadocia Balloon Tours - Hot Air Balloon Ride (INCLUDED): Get ready for a unique experience in Cappadocia! We will pick you up from your hotel and transfer you to the balloon site, where you can watch the balloon being prepared for your flight. The flight will be at sunrise, with the pilot climbing to an altitude of about 700 to 1000 meters. From this height, you will marvel at the beauty of Cappadocia below. During certain segments, the pilot may fly as low as 1 meter above the rock formations, allowing for perfect photo opportunities. The total activity duration is approximately 3 hours, with the flight lasting about 60 minutes. There will be a champagne celebration at the end of the flight, and you will receive a medal as a souvenir. Afterwards, we will drop you back at your hotel.

Cappadocia ATV and Horse Tours Ovizu - ATV Quad Bike Safari (INCLUDED): We will transfer you to the ATV Quad Safari starting point, where you will enjoy a one-hour safari with your private ATV. This outdoor adventure will be amazing as you drive through the stunning valleys and stop for photos. You will feel like a pathfinder driving on the Moon. The total duration of this adventure is approximately one hour. After the ATV Quad Bike Safari, we will drop you back at your hotel in Cappadocia.

Guided Cappadocia Tour - Overnight at Cappadocia

Keslik Monastery - We will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 09:30 AM - 10:00 AM and depart for the southern part of Cappadocia. Keslik Monastery is a sprawling cave monastery complex with two churches, a large refectory hall, a sacred spring, and numerous cave rooms. Located in an idyllic garden setting, it is the most expansive monastery in Cappadocia. This site has been used and developed in various ways over 2,000 years, serving as a gravesite in pre-Christian Roman times, a large communal monastery during the Byzantine era, and now a tourist site in modern Turkey.

Taşkınpaşa Medresesi - Taskinpasa Madrasah was built during the Karamanogullari Principality period. Although the exact construction date is unknown, it is estimated to have been completed in the 13th century. The Taskin Pasha Complex includes a mosque, madrasa, and tombs in the mosque’s courtyard.

Sobesos Ancient City - Sobesos Ancient City was discovered by accident in 2002. This city, reflecting Cappadocia’s history, was unearthed after a 3-year archaeological excavation. The excavations revealed many motifs embroidered on colored stones, with floor mosaics featuring interesting geometric patterns.

Goreme - You will have lunch at a Turkish Kebab Restaurant in Goreme. Vegetarian meals are also available.

Kaymakli Underground City - Kaymakli, one of Cappadocia’s major underground cities, consists of 8 floors, though not all are open to tourists. The first floor is designated for animals to easily go out. Corridors connect the churches and other living spaces to the stables. Kaymakli Underground City features astounding sections such as warehouses, kitchens, cemeteries, a mughouse, and a copper processing workshop. It still contains hidden underground tunnels that have not been fully revealed.

Pigeon Valley - Located in Uchisar town, Pigeon Valley offers one of the best panoramic views of the region. The site also features numerous pigeon houses built by the ancient inhabitants. You can also visit a popular onyx stone factory in the region.

Cappadocia - At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Cappadocia.

Guided Cappadocia Tour - Flight Back to Istanbul

Urgup - We will pick you up from your hotel at approximately 09:30 AM - 10:00 AM and depart for the Red Tour of Cappadocia. Meet the most famous family of fairy chimneys: Three beauties. These are the official symbol of both Urgup and Cappadocia.

Goreme Open-Air Museum - This monastery includes rock-cut churches, kitchens, wineries, storages, and living rooms left by Anatolian Christians. The Goreme Open Air Museum is listed as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Ortahisar Panorama - The entire town is dominated by the 90-meter-high rock-castle in the center, called Sivrikoya by the locals. It is an extraordinary example of the region’s rock-cut architecture and served as a refuge from attackers during Byzantine times. You will see this rock-cut architecture during a panoramic visit.

Uchisar Castle - Uchisar rock castle is one of Cappadocia’s biggest landmarks. It is the highest tuff hill in the area, offering beautiful views of the surrounding valley filled with bizarre rock formations. (There is no visit to the rock castle due to walking difficulties and safety risks. You will have a stop for a panoramic view of this rock castle and Cappadocia from the castle region.)

Avanos Oren Yeri - You will have lunch at a local restaurant in Avanos. Vegetarian meals are also available. Avanos is a popular destination due to its attractive old town with cobbled streets and river views. The old city of Avanos, known in ancient times as Venessa, overlooks Turkey’s longest river, the Kizilirmak (Red River), which separates Avanos from the rest of Cappadocia. The most famous historical feature of Avanos is its production of earthenware pottery, an economic activity dating back to the Hittites. The ceramic clay from the red silt of the Kizilirmak has always been used.

Devrent Valley - Also known as Imagination Valley, this area contains many animal-shaped rocks, mostly in red color. Some of the most frequent shapes resemble camels.

Fairy Chimneys - Cappadocia is famous for its unique landforms, with the Fairy Chimneys being the most notable. These landforms showcase the common life of humankind and nature. You will see many examples of the Fairy Chimneys during the tour. There will be no stop at the Fairy Chimneys.

Cappadocia - At the end of the tour, you will be transferred to Cappadocia airport for your flight back to Istanbul.

Istanbul - Upon arrival in Istanbul, we will meet you at the airport and drop you off at your hotel. The departure time of the return flight is between 08:00 PM and 09:00 PM, meaning your return flight will land in Istanbul at approximately 09:30 PM and 10:45 PM. This timing allows you to catch your return flight to Istanbul after your full-day guided Cappadocia tour.

Cappadocia is one of the most popular UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Turkey. This pre-planned two days travel package starts and ends at your hotel in Istanbul. The package is covering full-day guided tour to most important places of Cappadocia and some memorable experiences such as hot air balloon tour over fairy-chimneys, and ATV Quad Bike Safari at the charming valleys of Cappadocia. Round-trip flight tickets (Istanbul to Cappadocia), one night accommodation at cave hotel, full-day guided tour, hot air balloon ride, ATV quad bike safari and airport transfers in Istanbul - Cappadocia are included.

  • The prices of package are valid for accommodation at the double or triple room. If you would like add accommodation on single room(s) to your booking, there could be supplement cost. There are not going to be any extra cost for bookings of single / solo travelers. They will already accommodate at single room(s).
  • The pre-planned hotels are “Carina Boutique Hotel” in Kusadasi and “1811 Cave Boutique Hotel” in Cappadocia for your accommodation on this travel. If these hotels are not available for standard/superior rooms on your travel dates, local tour operator can replace it with an equivalent hotel.
  • The check-in time of the hotels is 02.00pm, and you can not start use your room before this time. This is about the check-in & check-out policies of the hotels.
  • Local tour operator will send e-tickets of your domestic flights at three days before your departure date. You will not need the print out copies of the tickets for domestic flights. Your passport and reservation number on the tickets will be enough for check-in to plane.
  • Local tour operator can request your some passport details for the bookings of your flight tickets. If you do not share the details which requested by the local tour operator, your domestic flight tickets can not bookable.
  • You will have 15kg luggage + 8kg hand bag quota per person for each domestic flight. If you will need more luggage capacity, please inform that to local tour operator. There could be some extra fee for luggage quotas more than 15kg. This is exactly about the policies of airline companies.
  • The ticket of the domestic flight from Istanbul to Denizli is excluded for the departures from hotels & airports in Antalya - Bodrum. This service will be replaced to private transfer from Antalya - Bodrum to Pamukkale district by minivan.
  • If your return hotel is different than pick-up hotel, please inform that detail immediately. If you inform that detail after organised your flight tickets, local tour operator can request extra cost because of the distances between the airports and some hotels. If you inform this type changes on service day (last day of your trip), local tour operator do not accept this last minute amending and drop you to your pick-up hotel.
  • If your pick-up / drop-off hotels are inside of airports (IST and SAW airports) local tour operator do not provide any hotel pick-up / drop-off service.
  • Hot air ballooning is a fully weather-dependent activity and the Civil Aviation Authority determines whether the flight will be held. If your flight is cancelled due to inclement weather conditions, you are entitled to a partial refund. In such a case, your refund will be processed by the day after of that trip.
  • The Standard Balloon Ride has an One-hour approximately flight duration with 20 to 28 people capacity basket. The flight duration could be 50-55 minutes or 65-70 minutes. This situation depend the weather conditions before landing, and pilots are decide to that within the safety rules of Civil Aviation Authority. Total activity duration is approximately 3 hours.
  • Vegetarian option is available, please advise at time of booking if required.

  • This tour is not available for the bookings to children who are 17 years old and under.

Good experience - We had a great day in Istanbul with our excellent guide who went over and above the planned city trip to take us to the spice bazaar today as the grand bazaar was closed He did not hurry us and was knowledgeable about the city
