The driver picked us up... - The driver picked us up at our hotel 10 minutes before scheduled departure time, was courteous and helpful.rom the airport to our hotel. Totally different from the awful experience we had with transfer from the airport to the hotel.

Great Professional On Time Service - This was the second time I have used this company. Used them several weeks ago for a wonderful experience with airport pick up. Used them again for hotel pick up and transfer to Istanbul airport. Received a message prior to pick up reconfirming everything and a photo of driver as well as his name and number, photo of vehicle and plate info. Extremely professional. Driver arrived 10 min early. He was professional, polite, helped us with our bags and drove us safely to the airport and helped with our bags upon arrival at the airport. Definitely recommended. Will refer our friends if they visit Istanbul and will use again if we ever return to Istanbul.

They proactively communicated with me, answered all of my questions and checked in with me to make sure all of our needs were met. They took great care of my family and I. They handled all of our transportation needs. Their vehicle was very clean, spacious and comfortable.

Worked Well - Driver was friendly, on time and attentive. Had no issues, arrived on time and got us to the airport quicky and safely. Would use this service again for sure.

WARNING! DO NOT HIRE! - WARNING! NOT RECOMMENDED! The driver was in his cellphone the whole time while driving. Almost arriving at the airport he had to make a very dangerous and close turn to take the correct road. The van was in very bad conditions, it was all dirty from the outside, did not have the back taillight (right one), it also was very damaged form both sides and the back side. The driver did not even say he was sorry. Would NEVER hire this transfer again
