Great experience - The bus driver was excellent driving the crazy narrow road. The hike to the crater was very doable. The bus was comfortable.

NEGATIVE EXPERIENCE - The excursion started with a small delay at the meeting point, completely understandable with the traffic in Naples.
However, the bus was in good condition and comfortable.
I paid for the 3-hour tour with guide for 4 people, paying 45 euros each instead of 39.90, just to have the guide.
Once we arrived at the turnstiles, after the long walk to get to the top, we found no guide.
Last but not least, meeting at the entrance at 3.40pm, when the vehicle arrived there was total confusion, with many people gathered waiting for the bus to Naples, with related discussions between passengers.
Overall, disappointing experience for organization
