With the help of our chefs, in our beautiful room overlooking the lake, you will make excellent fresh pasta, gnocchi and ravioli. You will learn new techniques that you can easily replicate at home, you will discover our traditions and receive advice on our local cuisine. The course will end with a tasting of the dishes you have created. Vegetarian and gluten free courses are also available, we ask you to communicate any dietary restrictions in advance.
