We're back guys! - Rented in Desenzano, Brera 125 scooter practically new, sanitized helmets. We also bought tour no. 1 of 174 km in 10 hours and it was very easy to follow the route. At check-in, any charging wire to connect to the scooter is also provided; the attendant was very kind and explained everything very clearly, also helping us to download the app for the route. It is a very pleasant and scenic tour, I highly recommend it. Be careful on the ferry, unfortunately many do not apply the discount like we did who paid €15 for two from Toscolano Maderno to Torri del Benaco. Overall fully satisfied!

A great full day going around lake Garda on a lovely scooter - A very well organised trip with very helpful staff, a very easy to follow app on a brand-new vespa for scooter, We saw some testing views of Lake Garda that you wouldn’t have seen. Otherwise, we had the best day and would highly recommend this to anyone. Great Scooters and Staff! - I rented a scooter today. It was a Brera 125cc sport-scooter. I was supposed to have a car but Hertz didn’t have one. I’m glad I used the scooter instead. Much more fun!
I highly recommend using Motoragazzi for your rental. Here’s why:
First, Cecilia at the office was great. Her English is good and she made the entire transaction easy.
Second, the scooter itself was in excellent shape. It is modern, and for 125cc, has very good acceleration for hill climbing. I went to the top of Mt. Baldo which is at 7200 feet and it did a great job all the way to the top. On my way back to Peschiera, I toured around the lake. I had been road cycling with some team members from home in California, and it was fun to use the motor scooter to go over some of the same routes like Baldo and others.
Third, I dropped off the scooter just before closing time. The checkout was easy and filling up with fuel couldn’t be easier since the station is right outside the door. And Cecilia gave me a nice surprise bottle of wine!
I’m really tempted to cancel my car for the next few days and go back and rent the scooter again!
You will completely enjoy the full experience from Motoragazzi. They totally understand customer service.

FOLLOW-UP
I cancelled my Hertz rental and kept the scooter another four days. Although I switched-up to the Brera 300cc model. I put in 6-8 hour days riding the Veneto region!
Julia who was working the office when I upgraded was also extremely helpful and her English is very good too.
All in all Motoragazzi is a very well run operation and the people who work there make the experience fantastic!

The best day of our holiday so far! - A brilliant day with a great scooter, excellent service and great value for money. We hired one scooter and downloaded the selfie half day tour which took us to beautiful places we would otherwise have missed. The whole package and service was excellent and we rode all day for just 7 euros of fuel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the scooter was great fun. Highly recommended, thank you.

Fun dat! - Super Nice people! Gave us a bottle of wine afterwards! Nice! The scooters where fun, but very intense to ride along with the italian traffic. We took the road to monte baldo!

Lots of fun, app could be better - Would recommend this tour and rental. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bike and helmets were in good condition. The ride itself takes you to places that you wouldn’t normally be able to go with stunning views.
Also the recommended restaurant for lunch was lovely.
The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the app could be better. There were many times where the app told us we were going the wrong way when we weren’t, the first time this happened it cost us a fair bit of time, the next couple, I pulled over just to be sure. This meant that when I did actually go the wrong way I didn’t believe the app. We got lost a few times and only just managed to drop the bike back before the 7pm closing time.
Ultimately I thought it was a great day and would highly recommend it.
I forgot to mention when I dropped the bike off but if the company reads this review, there is a new roundabout near cola which is not reflected on the app yet

Nice but read the contract carefully! - Great tour with some wonderful scenery on Garda but I do not recommend it to those who are not used to traveling on 2 wheels because the route is really long and 9 hours is a long time, the stops are few and the time is limited.
3 important notes that I would have preferred to know in advance:
1. At the restaurant you are entitled to a discount but you must book. When we arrived, the restaurant was full and we had to look for an alternative, naturally without a discount.
2. In the description it says that fuel is included but this is not the case. The scooter is delivered with a full tank but must be returned as such.
3. It is written somewhere in the contract that no one reads but you must absolutely return by 7pm, otherwise you will pay the rental for the night too. We left at 10:00 and returned at 7:50, partly due to the time wasted looking for an alternative restaurant, partly because my friends, not used to traveling on scooters, were exhausted in the end and we lingered for 20 extra minutes in the last stage.
Fortunately, despite the contrary indications of the manager who wanted to make us pay for the overnight stay, one of his very kind employees waited for us to return it in exchange for €20 for overtime.
