Safe, knowledgeable & friendly guide and comfortable van. - Bruno Ferrari is an exceptional tour guide - very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating to all questions. He gave very helpful trivia’s & historical tidbits about Brazil & São Paulo. Provided timely prompts when a picture worthy spot is upcoming and very patient and willing to take pictures for us when we were out for the walking part of the tour. He always checked on the group count before embarking back into the van to make sure all guests were accounted for. Sergio was also an excellent driver navigating us promptly from one spot to the next, and always offering a helping hand to get on and off the van. The tour itself was perfect for an overview of primary tour spots of the city. You can then come back on your own to explore specific spots at your own leisurely time. Bruno gave lots of tips on directions and transportation options if venturing on your own. Felt very safe and well taken care of by this team! Muito obrigado, Bruno and Sergio!!!
