Test your culinary skills and uncover the secrets of Italian cuisine, all while sipping on limoncello spritz and high-quality wine from our friends in Vesuvio and Venice. Begin with a limoncello spritz made from our homemade limoncello, then prepare dishes like homemade ravioli or tagliatelle, eggplant parmigiana. Learn about the history of ingredients such as mozzarella, ricotta, parmigiano, extra-virgin olive oil, basil, San Marzano tomatoes, semolina, and 00 flour, along with some exclusive “MAMMA advice.” Conclude with a dessert: either Tiramisù or Zuccotto. At the end of the lesson, enjoy the meal you’ve prepared and sample as much wine as you like. A minimum of 2 people is required.

Stellar Experience - Do not miss this opportunity to cook with a chef! I am Italian and visited Sorrento a few weeks ago. I enrolled in this Italian Cooking Experience and am so glad that I did. We had one-on-one time with 2 chefs. We made pasta from scratch which we used to make raviolis. We had a lesson in making eggplant parmigiana, tiramisu and limoncello. I don't think I will ever make boxed pasta again!

Gorgeous setting, wonderful people, sumptuous meal. - I wish I could rate this experience with 6+ stars. Laura’s attention and communication was incredible. Long after we had booked our class for 4 of us, she readily agreed to include one more couple of good friends to our class. Our Chef (Daniella Gaga) and partner ( also Daniella) were literally amazing!!! We learned. We laughed and we ate and drank such incredible delights that we barely could believe they were of our own making. I really cannot recommend this experience more enthusiastically. Gorgeous setting, wonderful people, sumptuous meal. Thank you to all for the wonderful evening.

You MUST book this cooking class - The chef was funny, informative and charming! I am 100% Italian and never made my own pasta from scratch. We drank proseco and white wine while being instructed on making fresh ravioli, sauce, eggplant parmesan and tiramisu. Once ready, we were served our meals under the stars.
