Would use again! - This tour was great, if you do not have a tour guide there are handheld guides that you can purchase in the Vatican. Such a beautiful place to see but not kid friendly due to the amount of walking required!

Lovely guide - Our female guide R. gave us a wonderful tour, lots of information with a big smile. Faster access to bypass the crowds. Smoothly through the chaos and then enjoy the beautiful Vatican.

Well worth it to skip the lines - Meeting up with rep was no problem. Got our tickets and went straight into the Vatican. The other queues were mad. Well worth it to pay for skip the queue. Glad we did not have a guide as they all seemed to speed through the visit. We took our time and used the audio guide.

Worth it - Very efficient entry to skip the line and get in to see the exhibits. The instructions were clear. I would recommend.

As promised. Satisfied! - We chose this option as the tickets on the official Vatican website were sold out for the dates we were in Rome/Vatican City. The tickets were pricier than the tickets sold by the Vatican Museum itself, but as promised they got us into the Vatican Museum and relatively fast. There is a short queue for ‘skip the line’ tickets, but this queue is constantly moving and considerably shorter than the queue for people who don't have a skip the line ticket. Their customer service also answered my questions in a clear and timely manner through the Viator chat. As promised, we received our official tickets by email the day before we were visiting the Vatican Museum (after 16:00). Once you have entered the museum you can stay as long as you’d like. We spent a good 6 hours inside, enjoying all the beautiful and stunning artwork wandering around the different rooms/galleries and enjoying a drink at Bistrot La Pigna, located in the Courtyard of the Pinecone. If the tickets on the official Vatican website are sold out for the date you plan to visit, then this is definitely a good option as you shouldn’t miss the Vatican Museum when in Rome/Vatican City!

Easy with company... skip the lines and get in. - Discover the wonders of the Sistine Chapel and Michelangelo's ceiling painting. Incredible experience.

Some good art at an over-inflated price - The Sistene chapel, although this was way overcrowded, the superb hand drawn maps, the grounds and the gardens (that we could see). Skip the line was not exactly quick, there was still a long wait to get in (hundreds of people in the line)! For me, the price was too high, the Vatican must be raking it in, don't seem right somehow?

Not bad - but far from great. - Could include more info and instructions on obtaining the self guided audio tours. - or a link to some basic info- like a map of the sights. - some bare minimal assistance would be nice. A little disclosure about the reality of "skipping the line " would be nice as well.

Save Money - Very impressive but totally overpriced with viator. Strongly advise to go directly via the vatican official booking site.

Rude and poor customer service - This tour was cancelled the night before after very poor communication from the company, they tried to blame me but then admitted that they had made a mistake - I was not offered any compensation only another full price tour. When I complained that I had been treated very unfairly their reply was extremely rude. Our trip has been thoroughly spoiled but the attitude of this company and I would not recommend them.
