Additional Information

We have first hand knowledge of Snow Canyon and the sites here that are the most interesting.

Pioneer names is a short hike (1/4 mile) that shows the names of early settlers inscribed in the sandstone. For the athletic, we can scramble up the sandstone to get a closer look.

Sand dunes here offer some of the softest sand we have even seen. This is the perfect place for family photos or just relax your feet in the sand.

An ancient volcano swept through this canyon and left its trail of volcanic flow. See some extraordinary lava formations including tunnels that were formed as the lava flowed and air pushed through the center. One of these formed tunnels descends over 150 feet.
