Excellent tour! - Jai was an excellent guide! We had a wonderful time - we got to see a lot of the sights and markets and try food that is otherwise not known to tourists. The block printing session is really good.

Go with empty bags! - A group of friends took a tour to India and our favourite destination was Jaipur. The BEST shopping experience ever!! You must take an empty suitcase (and you can buy it there) and fill it up to bring home all the treasures you will find. Custom made clothing was ready the same afternoon, textiles, gems and home wares. You won’t be disappointed. Our guide Jai, and as usual was incredibly accommodating and responsive to all our requests. Thanks Pink City Guide 🙏🐫🙏

Pink city walking tour - This tour is especially tailored to the client’s wishes. I took the parts of the tour description that I was most interested in and Jai made sure I saw and experienced it all. This included walking through local food and flower markets where people were so busy bartering and buying that it was easy to take pictures and to take in the ambience, sights, smells and sounds around me. It was amazing to hear the buzz of the markets as people tried to get the best price and then to see the load their goods upon their heads, tuk tuk or rickshaw to take home or to sell on in the outlying city. Jai made sure I was well watered with coffee and bottled water and would have bought me breakfast if I had been hungry. Coffee was taken on a rooftop cafe with far reaching views over the city to the mountains. We visited a local temple and I enjoyed the chanting and then the peace there. I asked to see block painting done and we took a rickshaw ride to visit Silk Gram Textiles. I was able to make my own block print after a lovely rest and free drink from the owner. There was no pressure to buy at all. I paid extra to be picked up by air conditioned car which was wonderful when the temperature reached over 40 degrees! I can thoroughly recommend this tour to you as a single older lady who was well looked after.
