What a wonderful way to see the coty! - What a beautiful way to see the city and to learn about historical events. My tour guide, Isabella Harsono has keen interest in history and it shows. She was able to answer my questions and useful information with me as well. The tour wasn’t rushed and I felt like extra care was taken with some of the sites that I wanted to spend a little more time at. The two highlights for me was our visit to the puppet maker and the selection of authentic Indonesian dishes I got to sample. Isabella also took her time to explain background to the dishes, including why they are so popular with the local folks. Thank you to Isabella and Mohamed, who drove us around. They truly represented the kind, hospitable and gentle spirit of the Indonesian people.

A lovely & wonderful tour ❤️ - I'm very pleased with our tour guide Mdm Fitri. Even though we booked our tour itinerary on a short notice(just less than 2 hours before the start), Fitri came to pick us up from our hotel with her driver Bang-Bang on time. Throughout the tour proper, she was patient and was very knowledgeable to answer whatever questions/doubts we had. The Student Intern, Arba at the Museum was very impressive too. We had a wonderful lunch too with a good spread. Overall we had a much thorough insights of the heritage & history of Indonesia 🇮🇩. Everything was lovely. Thank you!! 😊

Highly recommended introduction to historical Jakarta - Half day tour to see Jakarta sights , as always the traffic was horrendous but Isabel our knowledgeable guide, made the time speed by . We asked if we could visit the chinatown area and would have enjoyed spending more time exploring there . The trip included a long introduction to Shadow puppets making and a show which was fascinating. The tour was at a comfortable pace . There was an issue with ticketing for the museum which we eventually gained entrance to but could have easily missed . The old wooden schooners still in use were just old junks however we had the opportunity to see the effect of sinking land and effect of rising sea levels plus local feral kitties .Overall the tour was good , it included a local lunch which some of us enjoyed , pick up from the port in a comfortable 8 -9 seater , and it gave a brief introduction to historical Jakarta . The huge mosque was just spectacular. On our return we asked if we could be dropped off at the shopping mall that the cruise ship had a free shuttle meeting point . There were 7 of us and we did save by doing this tour independently from the cruise line tours. The included gift was a nice surprise and appreciated.
