Cave tour - Was a very nice flexible tour that could easily be adapted depending on interest and weather conditions. In addition, our tour guide Mazda was very nice and helpful

Five stars with Bob-San - A group of 8 of us really enjoyed our tour with Bob-San! Communication leading up to the tour and during the tour was great, our guide was early to pick us up, and the actual tour itself was excellent thanks to our guide and driver. They were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and very adaptable to our interests, the weather, and the timing. We got to make an extra stop as a bonus. The only con to watch out for is the traffic coming back into Tokyo after a day out - it was almost 4 hours for us driving back.

Great day with Ken and... - Great day with Ken and Toshi. Both were wonderful to help us visit and see mount Fuji. We saw some beautiful sites, learned a lot about the culture and had a delicious meal.

Perfect Private Family Tour - This tour is very perfect for my family. We went to several locations in Kawaguchi with my husband and two children. Mrs Tomomi as a tour guide was very friendly and explained many things about the places we visited. She really understands the Kawaguchiko area because she lives in that area. Our driver, Mrs Kawahara is a very sweet person, gave us cookies when we started the tour. The car we used was also very comfortable, clean and warm. Mrs Tomomi made suggestions regarding the areas we visited, some of which were choices my husband and I made from the start. We visited Fujisan World Heritage Center, Ice Cave, Wind Cave, Saiko Iyashi No Sato Nemba, Yatsushiro Furusato Park to see beautiful cherry blossom, Cruise ship in Lake Kawaguchiko For lunch, her advice is to try a local specialty “Hoto” noodles. Hoto is a noodle soup originating from Yamanashi prefecture in which Fuji Five Lakes is located. Flat wheat noodles are simmered along with some vegetables in rich miso-based broth. They are served piping hot in a small iron pot. And yes, it was perfect lunch during a rainy day with windy and cold temperatures. Surprisingly, when I bought socks for my children, she also very attentively gave socks to my children because it was wet when they accidentally got into a puddle during the tour to the Ice Cave and it was rainy and windy that time. thank you Mrs Tomomi and Mrs Kawahara to give best memory to us.

Asaka was amazing and the tour was unbelievable - Asaka was the best tour guide you can ever find. She did everything to entertain our family and make even the ride interactive for my kids. She is so knowledgeable about Mt Fuji and our driver went out of his way to find cherry blossoms for us and an authentic Japanese restaurant for us which had wonderful food. We absolutely loved our experience and would highly recommend touring with Asaka again. Thank you so much we have wonderful memories of Mt Fuji.

Incredible Tour! 10/10! - This was one of the best tours I’ve ever been on. If you’re looking for a fun family tour, this is the one for you! Toshi was an amazing driver who informed us about the sights of Tokyo on our way to Mt. Fuji - he even gave us a bag of Japanese snacks when he picked us up! Tomomi was our tour guide and she was incredible. She had informative pictures about the mountain and answered every question we had about Mt. Fuji and the villages that surround the mountain. She also made sure our group was comfortable every step of the way. Tomomi and Toshi were also super flexible since we had an unusually clear day and we were able to change our itinerary on the day to go to more viewpoints. They also took us to view spots not on the official itinerary and not crowded with tourists. We were also able to change the itinerary in the middle of the tour as clouds started to cover Mt. Fuji. The views and cultural spots we visited were all incredible and Tomomi made sure we did everything we wanted to. For lunch Tomomi and Toshi took us to a local restaurant with incredible food. And it was so nice to experience the local cuisine. The flexibility, kindness and wholesome experience Tomomi and Toshi provided my family made this Mt. Fuji trip an amazing one. Amazing day in Mt Fuji - The trip was fantastic. We were fortunate to have perfect weather and our guide, Mihoko, was terrific. So knowledgeable about the area (and facts about the Tokyo area and Japan) in general. Incredibly well prepared and with impeccable English. A terrific experience overall.

Day in Hakone - Toshi and Tack were amazing company as we travelled to Hakone for the day! They gave great recommendations, knew a lot about the history of Japan and Hakone. They made the day much more fun and were very accommodating to our requests. Meeting them was one of the highlights of my trip! If you are looking for great company during your travels I highly recommend Toshi and Tack!!!
