Five star experience! - This is an excellent tour; I highly recommend it. The transportation was well organized. The tour guide was extremely informative and hospitable with well shared facts but not over-bearing. The pace was excellent so we were not rushed. Seeing the "Masada" and the Dead Sea" in one day was the highlight of my entire trip; wonderful experience!

Great tour! - Loved the Dead Sea! Frank was very informative and fun! Learned a lot about Masada and Israel. I would only say that the stop to the Dead Sea Cosmetics place was a waste of time. They have the same products at the other gift shops. Would have preferred more time at Dead Sea or Masada.

Great guide, good locations! - Our guide was amazing, he had a great sense of humor, had thorough knowledge of all the locations and history (retired professor) and made the trip very memorable! If anything the logistics of pickup from hotel, drop off to the central location and same on the journey back was confusing. hence 4 stars. It all worked out great, but communication could have been better. Generally if there are less people from your hotel, they will send a taxi, sometimes the taxi drivers have no clue which tour operator it is. They dropped off at the wrong tour operator, same areas though, so i needed to figure out my location. On the way back again it was confusing, the taxi drivers were gathered at a hotel and dropped off to hotels, and they were confusing to which hotels they were going! also viator ticket showed my tour operator was click tours, but in reality it was Ben Harim. so in the morning there was some confusion to me, as i got a call from Ben Harim, ticket showed different, and then I got dropped off at diff tour operator! All of this can be avoided with just some simple email communication on how the process would be. but all in all it was a great trip.

A bit disappointing - I booked this tour because it was supposed to be a small group. Two days before the tour company contacted me to tell me my booked tour couldn't be a small group and I had 2 options: go with a big bus or postpone a day to go on the small bus. I postponed for a day, but then the next day, same thing, no small group tour! Disappointed we went. But now we seemed to be added to a group that was mainly Spanish speaking and the tour guide gave Spanish preference, and English was secondary. For most of the tour the English version was slighted until a few of us complained. By then it was too late.

Not what your promised. - Dead sea and Masada were good. But we never got to visit or see the Qurman Caves or the City of Jehrico. Which were high on our list. Also could do without politico comments from guide. A partial refund would be in order.
