Best Guide ever - I will begin with our guide - Itamar Buk. He must be a top 10 guide for this company. His knowledge and professional demeanor was outstanding. As a Catholic I was very impressed with his knowledge of the three religions of the old city of Jerusalem. I hope he will be promoted to be a supervisor for your company and train the other guides your company is using. He deserves the highest pay raise that can be given for is level of knowledge and most importantly for his conduct as a highly professional guide who enjoys the work that he does for your company. I will recommend him to all my friends and I will request him on my next trip. Congratulations to your company for having a top rated tour guide. Ishmael Castillo United States Citizen

Perfect day in the Old City. - A great tour and experience. Our tour guide was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Pick up in Tel Aviv, informative ride to Jerusalem, and a personalized walk through and around the old city. The best way to see the city if you only have one day.

He is kind, polite, cautious, patient, attentive, helpful and charismatic. An incredible person and an excellent professional. I highly recommend your guide services in Israel.

ITAMAR - It was spectacular. Our guide Itamar Buk ( I will probably never forget the name Itamar) was LOVELY! He was social, very knowledgeable and I must say I enjoyed the whole trip, which was overwhelming seeing Jerusalem and also the Holocaust museum. Itamar took as to all places around, a great balanced tour and I felt really safe, as I didn’t know how it would be traveling alone. So, a great recommendation also if you’re traveling alone. Would advise it to everybody. Hope to come back soon.

Jerusalem in a rush - It was a really nice trip! The guide Abu Shai was very professional, a history professor giving courses in US universities, as he stated. And indeed a lot of historical background was given beyond the facts about the sites we visited. Furthermore information was always intended to be in a consistent (not always religious) context. I really enjoyed the discussions. Unfortunately, we went through Jerusalem with a great portion of hurry, not really giving us time to rest and contemplate as I would have preferred for such a magic place on earth. People were also told to don't stop at any stall or photographic site except the ones we were told by the guide. The excuse was that we had to pass by so many places in the given time frame. Finally we finished the tour in around 6 hours. Anyway I learned a lot and enjoyed what I found. Thanks
