- 1819 John F Kennedy Causeway - During this excursion you guys will arrive to our location, where we will be meeting you at our dock to check you guys in. you then will be getting on our boat to b3 escorted to your jet-ski station where we will give you guys orientation and prove life jackets and all the details you need to know before getting on the Jetskis.

we are located in north bay village. please once you arrive do not go into the best western hotel, you'll have to walk around the hotel and you will see a dock where we will be checking you guys in.

Dade was a great guide,... - Dade was a great guide, the team was very accommodating. Had a minor hiccup in the beginning but couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Only feedback I have is the jet skis could use some servicing (broken storage cover, broken side view mirror, etc.) however what fell short on the jet skis was more than made up with the guide and owner! Great time!

RUINED MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY - If I could give them 0 stars, I would. You have to complete the payment in full when you book. Viator doesn't have updates on their availability and the jet ski company does not update their availability on Viator. Therefore you could be booking on a day they are not available or closed. The instructions after you book tell you to contact the tour specialist to inform you of the booking. They don't even have a way to check for themselves. Then you have to constantly call or send messages before you finally get a response. Mind you, they are not responding even up to a couple of hours before your reservation is supposed to start. Then your funds are in limbo for 3-7 business days when you request a refund. This is so disappointing as people are flying in to celebrate birthdays and family. This ruined my whole day for my daughter's birthday trip. I would not waste time booking with them as they aren't reliable and nobody has money to just have tied up for nothing. I can't even trust viator anymore either because they are not in the loop with the availability of their clients.

We were supposed to meet... - We were supposed to meet at 4pm in front of the hotel. Because of the traffic we arrived 5 min late and there was nobody there waiting for us. It is not normal to make us lose 165$ for just 5min late ! I tried to call the operator tour, i went to the hotel, tried to send email etc and no response !! I want my money back or reschedule our tour but you can not make us lose our money if you didn't know how to wait 5 min !!
