Attentive Tour Guide Saves the Day! - All of our cruise excursions were cancelled due to the weather, but we knew that this excursion wouldn't be cancelled! The day was not a total bust. As we drove out of the city, the weather cleared a bit and we could see the sun! We drove out to the chapel to whale watch and then back into town to try to catch a glimpse of Mendenhall Glacier. Our driver took us to a scenic overlook where we might see both Donut Falls and Mendenhall. We were disappointed that there was too much fog so we piled back into the van. The driver then told us to go back out quickly because he thought the fog was clearing. Sure enough, we got a quick peek through the clouds at those amazing sights. If it wouldn't have been for our attentive guide, we would have missed out. Thanks for watching out for that little break in the weather!! The tour made our day in Juneau!

Great tour…even in the rain - David was so personable and knowledgeable about the area and possible wildlife sightings. He picked us up on time and drove us to some unexpected gems. David gave us some great tips for shopping, food and drinks.

The tour was personally tailored and fantastic. Dave was great!! - Could not have been a better tour of Juneau. Dave was very attentive to the needs of my family members with physical limitations. My 87yo mother claimed him as family.

Rained out - We were so excited for this trip! However, torrential rains in Juneau caused flooding and other hazards & we had to be canceled. Communication from this operator was fantastic leading up to and the morning of our trip, including processing a refund! That deserves a 5* rating

David was fantastic - We have a great time with David. He was patient and accommodating with my elderly mom who needed a walker.

Great way to see Juneau - The tour was very informative and brought us to many wonderful sites. We all really enjoyed the tour.

Great small group tour and fabulous tour guide - We loved our 11-passenger van tour! We arrived at the Juneau port and most of our cruise excursions were cancelled due to rainy weather, so we were pretty bummed. This afternoon tour made our day! We saw some highlights around town and went to the chapel to look for whales. The sky cleared and we were able to enjoy some sun and whale watching. We stopped on the way back to the port and tried to get a glimpse of Mendenhall glacier, but it was too foggy/rainy. We all got back in the van and then our tour guide noticed that the sky had cleared a bit. He sent us quickly back out to the point and we had about a one minute chance to view the glacier. Without his experienced eye, we would have missed out! We loved the tour and would recommend this company to anyone wanting a taste of Juneau!

A great way to see Juneau and the area. - Dave the driver - great personality, clearly loves AK and loves his job. This tour was definitely a highlight of our time in Alaska. 5 stars.

Fun and Relaxing Tour - We enjoyed this tour very much. Tera did an excellent job explaining many interesting areas of Juneau and took us to beautiful uncrowded spots. We loved her sense of humor and all combined it made for a fun and relaxing tour of the Juneau area. Definately recommend!
