Meet 15 minutes before tour time underneath the tent on the wooden dock on the water-side of the large red Mt Robert's Tramway building (the gondola building) at the main Cruise Terminal. They will hold a sign, "Alaska Tales". If you have any trouble finding this person, please call us.

The humpbacks were amazing! - We followed 2-3 humpbacks and especially one of them for almost 20 mins. We got to see the side of the whale and then the tail several times as the whale would come to the surface and then go back down. No breaching (that takes a lot of energy apparently and only happens around mating season) but once the whale came out of the water face first and then showed its side-fin before going back down. Also saw some eagles and otters.

Highly recommend - Amazing trip, ship was warm and comfortable. We were able to see multiple whales and beautiful scenery. Guide gave a nice explanation of the whales we encountered.

Tails & Tales - What a GREAT time with the most Upbeat trio team of Whale Lovers. We were educated, entertained, and given snacks on our way out and rewarded with blow after blow and tail after tail. Tho I would had LOVED to see a bubble feeding or a breach, I was amazed at how close we were to these giants and just how many there were. We were told it was an extraordinary lucky day.
This is a small group - so there’s room to view both inside and outside the vessel. The boat is new & comfy - with a restroom (very important in the cold). Dress warm!
We would book with this company again and again. Highly recommended.

Great tour - The tour boat was very comfortable and the guaranteed whale sightings promiss was absolutely met. We enjoyed the tour and the explanations of the tour guide were absolutely competent.

Whale Tails! - We wanted to see whales in Juneau and our crew did not disappoint! Noah our naturalist was very knowledgeable. Everything about our trip was enjoyable.

Worth every penny - Fantastic!! What a great team and tour. The driver Brian was really knowledgeable en route to the harbour. The boat was comfortable with great vantage points from inside and on deck. Tour guides Charlie and Sophie were welcoming, Sophie did an outstanding job. We got to see what we paid for, spotting plenty of whales and plenty of time to take photos videos at several locations. An awesome experience with a well organised and well drilled team.

Whales everywhere! - Amazing Trip. The Crew was knowledgeable and friendly. They took us to the perfect spot we had whales feeding on every side of the boat with great views. At one point a whale they names Helix swam right next to the boat exciting everyone especially the crew thats how we knew it was special. I highly recommend this tour and crew.

Whale Watching in the Rain - enjoyed the excursion. We saw a few humpbacks but they did not surface very high. But we did see them. It was too bad that it was raining a little but it was enjoyable. The guests on the boat enjoyed it too. Also your crew was very nice and informative. If I was going back to Alaska again, I would diffently go with this company.
