Korean liquors exposé complimented by delicious Korean dishes - A wonderful experience where I was given plenty of information and samples of the different Korean liquors. So many different local variations of body and flavor accompanied by Anju (drinking foods) that paired so well with liquor given. Chef Hyesun has an incredible story of travel experience, cuisine expertise, and running restaurants that I was left amazed and inspired. If you want to elevate your understanding and taste buds away from the typical soju/makgeolli bottles in convenience stores, than let Hyesun be your guide!
