First part of the activities is horse riding lesson at the property, where you will master the basics skills of horsemanship, and then a joy ride! After the joy ride, you can enjoy a traditional, homemade Kazakh lunch, get comfortable at the property, and see life in a small village outside the capital.

For the second part of the day, you will saddle up and embark on a thrilling expedition around the mausoleum of Kabanbai Batyr, after whom the village is named.

Upon the end of your exploration, unwind and rejuvenate in a traditional sauna. Let the heat and steam wash away the soreness. After your sauna, an authentic local Kazakh dinner is served to you. Overnight stay at the ranch is included.

At the end, you will transported back to the city.

  • Kazy - Kazy is a traditional Kazakh horsemeat sausage that is highly aromatic and bursting with flavor.
  • Kumis - mare’s milk - Known as “kumis,” mare’s milk was (and still is) highly valued for its medicinal properties. It is considered a symbol of vitality and strength.
  • Plov - rice pilaf - Plov is a beloved Kazakh pilaf rice dish.
Additional Information

Spend time with a Kazakh family, eat traditional homemade Kazakh food, learn horsemanship skills and immerse yourself into Kazakh culture by learning the history of one of our beloved batyrs (Heroes), Kabanbai Batyr. Don’t worry about transport, we’ll pick you up and drop you off.

The horses are all are smart, beautiful, calm, trained and well taken care off. Looking at them is a joy, as is taking care of them and riding them. A joy we hope you share with you, hopeful visitor. Spend some time away from the city, see how horses are still a part of people’s lives in Kazakhstan. We can teach the intricacies of Kazakh cuisine, you can participate in making traditional Kazakh meals, or you can just the watch the masters at work.

The experience includes an overnight stay at the ranch, delicious traditional Kazakh lunch and dinner, and breakfast the day after the tour. Maybe even a joy ride the next morning, around the village! The guesthouse includes a private hot sauna!
