- J-Blok - Firstly, you will find your way to my home in Acıbadem, Kadıköy, a central neighborhood in Asian side of Istanbul. I will welcome you to my home, where we will have some tea, coffee to warm up and get to know each other. Since this will be a cultural exchange experience purposed around an electronic music workshop, we will share cultures and I will introduce you to Turkish home hospitality.
After warming up with some chats, I will tell you about my life as an Electronic DJ in Istanbul. Then, we will come around the mixer, where I will introduce you to the mixer. Firstly I will describe and tell about the mixer’s buttons. Then, I will lead you through a DJing session.
We will pretty much chill and make some music together, while I share my knowledge on Electronic music with you.
So, come to my home, have a tea, coffee and let’s make bond through making music together.

I am Melis, a professional DJ and an Associate Professor in Pharmacology. I am a curious, open-minded and a social person.
