Udawalawe Safari - Had an amazing day visiting Udawalawe National Park today. Our guide picked us up from our Bentota hotel prompt at 05:30 in a very comfortable, air conditioned car. On our 3 hour car journey he pointed out things of interest & we were lucky enough to have time to stop & visit the Transit Camp where, to our delight, we watched the orphaned babies/youngsters receive their 09:00 milk feeds. Some of the little ones broke into a run with excitement - delightful. The safari was brilliant - we saw several elephant family groups. Along with monkeys, water buffalo & many beautiful birds. Lunch followed & our return journey was very comfortable. A day we will always remember.

Great safari with professional guide - We had a great safari with Lahiru and his driver. They used different paths to spot the animals while allowing us to enjoy the safari without getting disturb by other jeeps. Saw elephants very close up, lots of birds, deers, buffalos, monkeys, crocodiles. We saw almost every animal we expected to see except leopards. Everything about the safari was professional and enjoyble. I would highly recommend this company for safari.

We love it - We really enjoyed 3 hours safari visit to udawalawe park. The driver was excellent and spotted so much wild life to show us and lots of interesting information. He helped us to take great photos and took lot of time to explain about animals. We saw many elephants, water buffaloes, crocodile, deers, jackal and birds. Morning is the best time to spot animals. This is our first safari and we really enjoyed it.

Memorable day outing to Udawalawe - We booked a day trip to Udawalawe national park with Overa Tours last week. It was coordinated by Hiran and everything was perfectly arranged from start to the end. We were picked up from our hotel on time, the vehicle was clean, driver was excellent in speaking English and Jeep driver was very informative and friendly. We were lucky enough to see elephants, plenty of bird species, mongoose, wild cat and many more. Unfortunately we couldn't find leopards. But there were much to see. Thanks team Overa for arranging such a wonderful day trip for us. If you want to see giant elephants 🐘🐘, Udawalawe is the perfect!Go ahead with Overa team, highly recommended!! 👌
