Following an early breakfast, your guide will take you to Ruhija Park headquarters for a briefing before joining others for gorilla trekking. Amazing safari experience! - The trip was amazing! We saw so much wildlife😆 Godwin, our guide, was absolutely fantastic, he made the trip so special for us. He is a joy to be around. He made sure we were well looked after and ensured everything went smoothly. All of the accommodation was beautiful and the organisation of the trip was spot on. There was the perfect balance between the planned activities and time to relax. I highly recommend Encounter Africa Safaris for your trip!🩷

An absolute must for your visit to Uganda! - This tour exceeded my expectations. My tour guide, Patrick, was absolutely incredible. He was friendly, full of knowledge, and professional. I always had access to bottled drinking water for our longer drives to and from accommodations and he cared about my safety all throughout the trip. The transportation is seamless - to and from the airport and Patrick was always conscious of time to ensure I made my flight back. The five-day itinerary and experience itself is perfect. The places where I stayed for both the Queen Elizabeth part and Bwindi part were very high-end and beautiful. I suggest going in the dry season to Uganda - I found there were hardly and mosquitoes or bugs, both around the parks and during the trek. The weather and temperature was lovely! I have already recommended this particular tour to many of my friends who are interesting in traveling to Uganda. The pictures I attached speak for it! You have to do this one!

Gorilla Trekking - We loved our 2 day gorilla trek with Encounter Africa Safari. Jason was our driver and he was lovely to work with. Every step of the trip was seamless, from airport pick up, to lodge drop off, to the actual gorilla trekking. He was a wonderful guide - knowledgeable, fun and open to all sorts of conversations! We would highly recommend Jason and gorilla trekking. The Nkuringo Gorilla Lodge they set us up in were incredible.

Best Safari company - One of the most incredible experiences I have ever had. The whole company is extremely professional, honest, and have no “hidden” anything. Monica in the office is a standout and I am throughly impressed with her professionalism and willingness to adapt and change any request without any resistance. She is a true gem. Obed was my incredible guide and worked so hard for me, and helping me adapt and add things I wanted to, every step of the way. He is lovely.

What an amazing Trip - What an amazing trip! Full of adventures and good memories. Visiting the gorillas is an experience I will definitely repeat at some point. Having the opportunity to see the animals moving in their natural habitat is something that everyone should do at least once in their lives A big part of the trip’s success is thanks to our guide, who was commited to his job and used his resources to allow us to have a trip better than we expected

Lifechanging gorilla experience, best guide - We had an amazing time visiting Uganda through Encounter Africa Safaris in July. After deciding to do a last-minute trip to Uganda, we were quickly put into contact with Denis from Encounter Africa Safaris through a familial reference. Denis was extremely helpful from the start, as we worked together to put together a gorilla & safari experience from Entebbe/Kampala with tight parameters given commitments/flight dates. We were able to put together a 3-night, 4-day experience and had an amazing time. My mom and I were flying in separately and her flight ended up getting delayed over 7 hours. With her delay, we had a very tight window to make it to Bwindi to do the gorilla trekking experience. Steve was insistent on getting us there so that we could make sure that we could do this (there were no permits available for the rest of our trip). He drove through the night and we got to Bwindi just in time. He took such great care of us and made sure that everything was to our liking and comfort. I can't recommend this company enough. They tailor accommodations to your needs and make sure that everything is taken care of. We had such an amazing time at all of our lodges and would definitely come back!

I couldn't ask for a better agency! Top - An excellent travel agency...always available to resolve doubts and find solutions for every customer request. Professional and full of super useful advice to better organize your trip. Honorable mention to Denis for always being there when there was a need and to Obed, tour guide, driver, ranger, and so on and so forth. They both contributed to making this unforgettable holiday special.

Immerse yourself into the soul of East Africa - Jason made my experience an altogether dream, his domain knowledge of not only the parks and animals you encounter, but his local knowledge of customs and places will make you feel right at home: from teaching you the local dialet so you can suprise your hosts to taking you to the local pork spot to immerse yourself in the tastes of how east Africa really lives, you won't regret you amazing journey with him and it is likely to leave a lasting impression on you for time to come. His dedication to making your experience unforgettable is bar none and I am truly honored to have experienced the sights and sounds fo this amazing place with the affection and warmth that Jason brings to the work he does.

3 Day Gorilla Trek Uganda - I was not sure quite what to expect, I wrote a list of bucket list seeing gorillas in the wild was on that list. Throughout I found communication with Denis was great, from initial enquiries, sending through money, obtaining my permit and then airport transfer. This was all seamless. The trek itself with Patrick was amazing, the long drive to Bwindi and back to Kampala went past quick. Mainly due to Patrick good driving and insightful conversation about, himself, Uganda, gorillas also neighbouring countries. He negotiated any issues and traffic with ease. The trek itself was everything I hoped for and will live long in my memory a truly magical experience. I would fully endorsed this company and recommend them to all, thank you very much.
