Expellent experience. - Opted for this tour as it was so easy with our bags to go in a car with driver. Our driver was punctual, polite, considerate for WC breaks, informative, good manner, good driving & a professional. He help make an amazing day for us. I would recommend this trip & our driver. 10/10

Terrific trip! Excellent guides—one of which became a special friend - Our Japan tour was terrific! Everything, from our accommodations and food (we loved the food!) to what we experienced, exceeded expectations. We had three different guides. They were all excellent. But Nozomi was, by far, our favorite. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. Her knowledge of everything Japanese was astounding. Whatever we wanted to do, she made it happen, willingly compromising the pre-booked agenda. But what her special was her smile, her energy and her warmth. I simply can’t say enough good things about her. She became a special friend. Nozomi is the “best of the best”as a tour guide, and more importantly, as a human being. She is wonderful! Memorable Moments: Discovering Shirakawa-go with Mai - We had an exceptional afternoon exploring Shirakawa-go with Mai, our driver/guide (who was excellent, by the way). She epitomized kindness, punctuality, and helpfulness. Mai's extensive knowledge and willingness to address our inquiries made our experience even more enriching. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, not only by taking us to our hotel and helping with our luggage but also by dropping us off at the car rental office. This private transfer to Takayama and visit to Shirakawa-go will undoubtedly become one of the most cherished memories of our Japanese journey.

Deep dive into Kanazawa - Outstanding tour. Really knowledgable guide who was interested in talking about history, politics and society. We would highly recommend this tour.

Takayama - Sachiko was our tour guide and driver, she did an awesome job. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Best tour we did - It was the best tour that we took in Japan. Yuka was the perfect tour guide. We learned more on this day about Japan, then the two weeks before. She was kind, knowledgeable and very helpful and she went out of her way to make it a perfect day for us. We highly recommend it.

Kanazawa - Takayama ... The only way to travel - Our trip was a treat . We were collected at our hotel by Yuta, a fluent English speaking guide who couldn't do enough for us. He were brought to shirakawago in a very comfortable car with Yuta keeping us informed of various sights along the way. When we arrived , the whole visit was peppered with interesting facts about the life and culture of those that used to and to some extent still live here. We visited one of the houses which was a treat. There is so much to gain from having someone providing those deeper insights. We wandered around on our own too so gave us the space to just enjoy our surroundings. We moved on to Hida-Furukiwa where we had a delicious lunch with handmade soba noodles , a speciality of the region and one that was warmly enjoyed ... (We were cold by then :)). On to Takayama which has so much going for it. I can't recommend Yuta and Kanazawa Tours enough. All handled so well. We enjoyed every minute. Thank you .

Our trip from Kanazawa to... - Our trip from Kanazawa to Takayama (with the stop in Shirakawa-go) was just perfect. The car is perfect and we had the best guide ever! May is so nice!! I recommend this tour !
