Randoli Perahera
The five ‘Randoli’ Peraheras follow the Kumbal Perahera for five consecutive days. Among these, the most stunning and magnificent is the Randoli Perahera (golden palanquin). During this time, the city of Kandy is filled with tourists and local spectators.
This is the only Perahera in the world that lasts for ten days, featuring hundreds of drummers, dancers, singers, and elegantly dressed pilgrims and spectators.
