Vesterhave Vingaard - The tour will start in the wine field. You will see the special wine growing system called Pergola. All fruits are inspected at all times to make sure they get the most optimal harvest. After harvesting the grapes, you will be shown how the grapes are sorted and checked before being placed into boxes with holes and straw from the beach to secure optimal ventilation. The grapes are then places in the drying room before you are shown how to press the grapes and store in steel tanks to start the fermentation of the juice to become real wine. You will pass the wine cellar with oak barrels of wine. The tour will end in the winery and the wine farm shop, where you can see their organic production wine. Here, you can sit down and relax, and prepare for the wine tasting session. Where you will taste our top quality wines which has won high prices in Europe.

It was epic. I had my birthday memorable over the vineyard. It's perfect places to be with family friends to celebrate. - वाइनयार्ड कोपाहेगन, डेनमार्क के बाहरी इलाके में स्थित है। यह समुद्र के पास स्थित है और इसमें बहुत सारे समग्र और प्राकृतिक वातावरण हैं। मालिक बहुत अच्छे और दयालु हैं और उन्होंने हमें अपने सभी काम और वाइन से परिचित कराया और हमारा बहुत स्वागत किया। मैं भविष्य में फिर से आना पसंद करूंगा और लंबे समय तक यहां रहूंगा।

Worth a visit - Lived up to all our (high) expectations. Super good idea with field walking as well as QR scanner, which guides us through a story about the establishment of the site, knowledge of production as well as the development of Vesterhave Vingaard .
We ⁇ a bottle of rosé in the garden and were of course tempted in the store.
Definitely worth one (or more) visit!

Inspiring tour and exchanges between winemakers - Very nice discovery and exchanges with Jesper, the owner and winemaker of this inspiring and moving vineyard.
I myself am a winemaker in the Bordeaux region and I loved these discussions about the work of winemakers in our two countries.
The wines I had the chance to taste are very interesting with unknown grape varieties for me while some come from France! Special mentions for Castel and Léon Millot: a silky and dense mouth that stays in the mouth for a long time.
In the end, much in common between winemakers from very different countries and an invitation to visit our vineyard in the Médoc a Bordeaux!!!

Perfect interplay between history, food & wine. - Incredible experience - We were going to visit 9 healthy boys at Jesper. The location is excellent, with masses of space and a sense of spirituality. Here a feeling of something special is already created. It is homely and with the classic characters of a Danish farm. We are introduced to Jesper wine farmers, and we get the big tour around the square, and we are out in the field and get the story of Danish produced red wine & with plenty of opportunity to ask all the stupid questions we burned up with. Jesper has decades of experience in wine cultivation and carries on a sea of knowledge. And he has managed a big "drive" to invent new and exciting methods, to make next year's harvest better than the last one.
Then we came to the food and wine tasting, and here the food plays 110% in match with the wine. These are carefully selected ingredients, and Jesper guides us through many types of wine, teaches us how to taste and smell - and we end up feeling like a bunch of wine experts when we get to the dessert. Here, Jesper rounded the tasting off by saying that nothing goes to waste, and therefore, of course, he makes spirits from various residues from a harvest, and thus the smoky loop is bound.
Can highly recommend a visit, choose the "big" package - as the history of production takes the food and tasting to a much higher level. There is clearly a unique "signature" taste in all their wines, and when we opened a bottle here for the football season, we were all taken directly back to that afternoon between wine-stocking at Vesterhavegårdens vineyard.

Here they make world-class organic wines that you didn't think were possible in Denmark 🇩🇰
Jesper (the winegrower) and his people make some wines where love has really been put into each vine 🍷 that you can really taste 🥰
Jesper is the best and most competent wine farmer 🧑 who loves to talk about the different wines and the entire production 😊
The vineyard offers guided tours where you can take Jesper around the vineyards and hear about the different grape varieties, etc. 🍇 Or you can take Jesper by the ear and take a tour of the vineyards yourself via audiowalk 🥰
Jesper also offers a wine tasting for NOK 200, where you can taste 4 different wines from the vineyard and really experience the magic of the best wines that you would never think were from Denmark 🍷🇩🇰🍇
The place is truly magical and the wines just kick your legs away under one 🥰
Every single vine and grape has love put into it and you can taste it ❤️
The biggest recommendation that can be given and everyone should really treat themselves to experience this fantastic place 🍷🍇
The place and the fantastic people clearly deserve 5 ⭐
We are already looking forward to stopping by the next time we are in Zealand 🥰

Best wine experience in a long time - Best wine experience in a long time. I love wine, and I've visited multiple vineyard across the world including Italy, Spain, France as well as other wine producers in Denmark, but I must say, Jesper and Vesterhave Vingaard/Vineyard are really doing something amazing

Very exciting - Very exciting visit to Vesterhave farm's vineyard. Where we learned a lot about growing and producing wine. And where we taste a lot of lovely wine. Everything was taken care of. Delicious experience.

Vineyard tour and tasting - Such a great experience! I came here with my friend in October and it was like we had our own personal tasting. The staff was so nice and accommodating and showed us how they make their wine. They are a great family business I highly recommend coming here!

Probably won't return - Visited here on our two week road trip of Denmark. This was my first wine tasting in Denmark. Came for the audio tour. Unfortunately we did not have internet. But owner came to our rescue by lending us his cell phone. Enjoyed the tour of the vineyard and learning about their grape growing processes. Did wine tasting at end of tour. Expensive for the 4 tiny pours.
