Additional Information

Manaslu, also referred to as Kutang, is the world’s eighth tallest peak, reaching an impressive 8,163 metres (26,781 feet) above sea level. Situated in the Mansiri Himal of the Nepalese Himalayas, it’s found in the west-central region of Nepal. Known among avid hikers as Manaslu Himal, it offers stunning panoramas of the snowy Himalayan peaks and allows for engaging encounters with various ethnic groups living in remote hillside communities along the trail. The area, also known as Manaslu Conservation Area, ranges from subtropical Himalayan lowlands to the arid, Trans-Himalayan high grazing lands on the edge of Tibet. It spans from Soti khola and extends to the Dharapani.
