Arrival in Kathmandu
Thamel - Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Explore the vibrant streets of Thamel and prepare for your trek. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu to Pokhara Flight(25 min/800m), Trek to Deurali (5Hrs/ 2,232M)
Annapurna Mountain Range - Take an early morning flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival, drive to Kande and start the trek to Deurali. Enjoy the beautiful views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail) peaks. The trail climbs for about 1 ½ hrs to the ridge at 2,060 m. The clearing in the forest with lodge settlement is known as ‘Australian camp’. The place is scenic with the panoramic view of Annapurna range and Pokhara valley. The trail further winds through the rhododendron forest to the mountain pass called ‘Deurali’. Deurali is overlooking into the Modi Khola valley wedged between Annapurna South and Mardi Himal / Mt Fishtail.
DAY 03: TREK TO FOREST CAMP (5Hrs / 2,600 M)
Annapurna Mountain Range - After spending beautiful morning in the ridge top village of Deurali, we head off the main Annapurna trekking trail and follow the forested ridge to Forest camp. Since this is new trekking destination, there are no teahouses along the way and we need to carry pack lunch and sufficient water. The day’s walk in the rhododendron forest is beautiful with gradual uphill.
TREK TO BADAL DANDA (5 Hrs / 3,360 M)
Annapurna Mountain Range - The trail gradually climbs through the rhododendron forest following the ridge. Crazy Land has only one tea house in the clearing of the forest. The view of Mt Fishtail and Mardi Himal appears much closer. You find yourself closer to clear blue sky with view of layers of Himalayan foothills and sweeping valley towards south.
EXPLORE MARDI HIMAL BASE CAMP (7 Hrs / 4,500 M)
BACK TO POKHARA
Phewa Tal (Fewa Lake) - Trek to Siding village (1,700m) via Low Camp – 4hours, Drive back to Pokhara via Mardipul – 2 hrs. Explore the lakeside area and enjoy the scenic beauty.
Pokhara to Kathmandu Flight
Thamel - Take a morning flight back to Kathmandu. Free time for shopping or optional sightseeing in Kathmandu. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu Sightseeing
Kathmandu - Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu Valley, including Swayambhunath, Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square. Prepare for the trek and do any last-minute shopping. Overnight stay in Kathmandu.
Departure from Kathmandu
Kathmandu - Transfer to the airport for your onward journey or departure flight.
