Incredible tour of Katmandu. - Yesterday I went to many places. Pashupatinath temple, Boudhanath and Kathmandu Durbar Square, I saw the living goddess(Kumari). This was a specialized tour, specific for what I wanted to see. This tour group with guide Umesh and driver Bandhu, have went above and beyond showing me Katmandu. We stopped and had local food and drink. I was guided through each temple with stories of an historian. If you think you can see this city in one day you can not. Just imagine you will be seeing a live God. Please take your time in Katmandu. It is a city worth seeing.

Wonderful tour with experienced English tour guide - My friend and I really enjoyed the tour! We learnt a lot about Nepal’s history and the different religions. Our tour guide Mr Suresh was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour did not feel rushed and he took the time to answer all of our questions. Amazing trip around Kathmandu with Suresh - Suresh speaks very good English, and is very knowledgable and patient in explaining the history, the culture and the meaning at the various sites we went to. He’s also really good at taking pictures and knows all the good angles and spots to take them!

Fantastic overview of Kathmandu with excellent guide and seamless transportation to 4 of the major sites in the area. - Our day of Kathmandu was just what we were looking for! Private transportation and a knowledgeable and excellent guide made seeing Swyambhunath, Pashupatinath, Kathmandu square and Asan Bazaar super easy and also walking away with a great base knowledge of Nepal history and culture. We were able to explore the sites at are own pace and ended with a wonderful lunch on a rooftop terrace overlooking the city.

Nepal, the country of hikers - With the advice of Bandhu, the manager of the Shepherds Holidays agency, we were able to design a personalized trip that perfectly met our expectations: a first week of trekking and a second of discovering part of Nepal. The organization of the stay was impeccable. We appreciated the professionalism and also the great kindness and attentiveness of all the people with whom we were in contact, in particular our guide, Ray, and the two porters. We very much hope to be able to return to Nepal and will do so without hesitation with Shepherds Holidays, whom we recommend without reservation.

Helpful unhurried tour. - This was a brilliant tour . Our guide was Ram who is extremely knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his job, he was very helpful all day especially when the walking was quite difficult with us being elderly. I would recommend this tour, with Ram as your guide, you won't regret it, many thanks Ram.
